Microphones If more microphones is required than the included, will it be an additional charge SEK + VAT. Delivery and storage Technical equipment can only be delivered on an agreed upon time. Equipment that is rented and/or transported to the premises should be removed directly after the rental time period. The Hotel Rival is unable to store equipment and stage props without a prior agreement. The delivery entrance, as well as other entrances/exits, must be kept clear in accordance with Swedish fire safety laws. Insurance and surveillance The Hotel Rival is not responsible for equipment (technical and otherwise), material or products brought or delivered to the premises by the customer. The customer s insurance should be valid. Smoke machine and pyrotechnics Smoke machines or hazer/crackers are allowed in the theatre. For safety reasons, a fire safety guard must be present and an extra 560 SEK/hour + VAT will be charged if the smoke detectors are required to be shut off. Minimum charge is 5 hours. Pyrotechnics are not allowed to be used in the theatre or elsewhere on the hotel premises.
