Feature film Sun (2) When new shows are included in the Program Scheme of BNT 1, the price and guaranteed rating of the show broadcast during the respective time slot shall be kept until further updates to the Tariff for the Sale of Guaranteed Rating on BNT1, or is changed, if BNT 1 has announced new prices and guaranteed rating during that time slot. All prices are in Bulgaria Leva and exclusive of VAT. (3) Commercial communications shall include: advertising spots, teleshopping spots, sponsorship announcements and product positioning within the meaning of the Radio and Television Act, and other forms of commercial communications broadcast in compliance with the existing applicable legislation. (4) BNT 1 guarantees 100% rating points for advertising spots in connection with the relevant target group and the latest Tariff for the Sale of Guaranteed Rating on BNT1 under which these have been purchased, with an exception made for sports events and special broadcasts for which BNT does not guarantee any rating. Art.2 (1) TARIFF FOR THE SALE OF COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS AT FIXED S per 30-second advertising spot, exclusive of VAT, on BNT1, BNT2, BNT HD and BNT World by time slots, as follows: BNT1 Table 4 Time slot Monday- Friday Saturday Sunday 06:00-12: :00-16: :00-19: :00-22: :00-01: :00-06: BNT2, BNT HD and BNT World Table 5 Monday-Sunday Time slot BNT BNT HD BNT2 World 06:00-12: :00-16: :00-19: :00-22: :00-01: :00-06: (2) Fixed prices shall be applicable for the purchase of advertising time for in-kind consideration, whereas if the announced prices are different from the prices in the Tariff for the Sale of Guaranteed Rating of BNT 1, e.g., for special broadcasts and/or sport events, the higher of the two prices shall be applicable. Art.3 (1) TARIFFS FOR THE SALE OF COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS AS PACKAGE S for 30-second advertising spot, exclusive of VAT, on BNT2, BNT HD and BNT World as per time slots, as follows: 2

4 BNT2, BNT HD and BNT World Table 6 Gross budget Price for a 30-sec spot Levels From To BNT HD BNT2 BNT World above (2) The package prices shall be valid for the purchase of advertising time at one s own choice in one or more of the listed channels and the volumes realized for a period of 4 weeks, whereas for a longer period of time the budget increases in proportion to the booked period. The broadcasts shall be positioned by the Sales Department and 30% thereof shall be planned during Prime-Time. (3) The package prices shall not be valid for the first emission of special broadcasts/or sport events, for which there are unit pries, different from the fixed prizes per time slots. Art.4 For the purchase of advertising time at fixed prices, the advertising forms shall be calculated based on their broadcasting time. BNT1, BNT2, BNT HD and BNT World Table 8 Other advertising forms: Index for 30 seconds Duration in seconds Paid report/interview for advertising purposes 150% 60 (3) The price for the broadcasting of paid reports with a duration longer than one minute and more or interviews for advertising purposes shall be calculated linearly for the difference after the first minute based on the price for one minute of paid report or an interview for advertising purposes. (4) The price for filming and producing one minute of paid report is 700, exclusive of VAT, for the town of Sofia and 900, exclusive of VAT, for venues outside Sofia. 3

(5) The price for testimonials with a duration of 4 seconds for the provision of venue, clothing, accessories, equipment and services for the filming of a broadcast in the closing credits for all TV programs of BNT stands at the amount of 50, exclusive of VAT. (6) The price for testimonials with a duration of 4 seconds for the provision of filming venue, requisites, wardrobe, etc., necessary for the filming and broadcasting of series, film productions and co-productions of BNT, in the closing credits, shall be between 100 (one hundred), exclusive of VAT, and (one thousand), exclusive of VAT. (7) The testimonials shall be priced only for their first broadcasting. They are not priced for replays of the broadcast. (8) BNT drafts individual offers for product positioning in series, film productions and co-productions of BNT. Art.6.
