1 MEETING PRICELIST 2016 All listed net prices in this price list are plus, all gross prices incl. the statutory VAT valid. This price list is valid from January 01, Subject to errors. OUR MEETING PACKAGES BUSINESS PACKAGES With our conference packages we respond to the various needs of our customers. Please contact us if you still want more inclusive services to the packages listed below, we will then create an individual offer. For the rooms "Weide" and "Wacholder" is an additional room hire for conference package due, because they have more technology and equipment. Business Package Half with Lunch For conference package Business Package Half with lunch will be charged from 10 persons EUR 45,80 net / 54,50 gross per delegate. It includes: 1. Free provision of a number of persons corresponding conference room 2. Personal seminar care 3. Standard conference equipment (flipchart, pin board, screen of canvas) Other required equipment will be charged extra; see conference technic equipment 4. A small snack in the morning, and a sweet and spicy treat in the afternoon 5. Speicherstadt coffee, Samowa tea, mineral water, apple juice, orange juice in the meeting break area (duration 9 hours) 6. Businesslunch (Buffet) included mineral water/ apple juice as a table drink 7. Free Wi-Fi 8. 11 PAYMENT AND CANCELATION CONDITIONS All listed net prices in this price list do not include all gross prices incl. statutory VAT valid. We charge a deposit of 50% of the contracted services. For this purpose, you will receive an invoice before the event. The payment of our invoice is due within 7 days after the invoice date. A maximum of 10% of the agreed number of participants with the corresponding fixed services (e. g. nights, conference packages, event programs, third-party services) can be canceled once to 7 days before the event free of charge. For all other constellations following cancellation conditions / fees apply to all agreed fixed services (e. g. accommodation, conference packages, event programs, third-party services.): In case of cancellation from 45 days before the event 25% of agreed costs In case of cancellation from 25 days before the event 50% of agreed costs In case of cancellation from 15 days before the event 75% of agreed costs In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the event 100% of agreed costs State: January 12th, 2016
