2 COMPANY PROFILE Founded in Milan in 1935, UNAOHM is one of the oldest manufacturers of measuring electronic equipments all over Europe. It was born thanks to two young engineers, Mr Enzo Pontremoli and Mr Giovanni Bozzi. In the early 60 s the trademark is registered. In 1956 UNAOHM begins manufacturing an instrument dedicated to installers of TV-reception systems, that is the field strength meter, immediately becoming the main player of this sector. All efforts of the R&D division are put into the Field Strength Meter. At present a complete range of equipments is offered, including handhelds and professional meters to thoroughly analyze all TV signals, both digital and analogue; some models can also measure signals of fiber-optic distribution. Business The company s activities concern several fields of electronics and telecommunication and are divided as follows: Field Strength Meters and Lab Equipments division Inside this division we carry out research, development and design of field strength meters and accessory equipment (noise generators, reflectometer bridges, etc.) for installation of reception systems (terrestrial, satellite and cable TV signals). Radio System division It carries out the production, installation and maintenance activity of professional radio links designed to work in hostile environments, such as oil-extraction platforms. Equipments for Photovoltaic Installations division This division has been dealing with the design of equipments for photovoltaic plants for a few years. These instruments enable to test and certify according to the European regulations. Services The company offers several services for pre-sale and after-sale technical support to help choose and use the instrument. Moreover, we monthly arrange updating courses about new technologies for TV broadcasting, their measure features and techniques for reception and installation.

17 The Frequency Converter FCV300 EVO is an external module that combined with a field strength meter, displays frequencies between 2000 MHz and 3000 MHz. The main measurable signals are Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, MMDS and others signals in this frequency band. The displays of converted carrier will be into IF SAT band ie in the range of frequencies between 1000 MHz and 2000 MHz. 18 TRAINING COURSES FOR INSTALLERS UNAOHM continues with the tradition of free training for installers at its headquarters in Peschiera Borromeo. The duration of the course is one day, from 9:30 to 16:00 according to the requests of the participants. The dates for 2018 are as follows: JANUARY 25 FEBRUARY 22 MARCH 22 APRIL 19 MAY 17 JUNE 28 JULY 12 SEPTEMBER 27 OCTOBER 25 NOVEMBER 22 DECEMBER 13 Course topics: The UNAOHM training course analyze the technical characteristics of a TV system, of television signals, and of the equipment information. The measurements and information provided by the instrumentation are described for evaluate if the system works properly, revealing any defect and indicating concrete procedures for solving them. The course provides a theoretical part and a practical part to learn how deal with problems in a concrete way. A lot of time is for the requests and arguments put forward by the participants. At the end of the course a certificate of participation is issued.

Rules of service The service includes the analysis of the defect indicated by customer, the diagnosis and the send of quotation for repair and for upgrading. The repair will be executed after the approval of the quotation by customer, with the procedure indicated on the form of service. Timing of repair The timing for repair are calculated from reception in our service up to leaving from service: - instruments in warranty 7 working days - instruments no more in warranty 12 working days - instruments no longer produced 20 working days Shipping For instrument in repair and no more in warranty, the shipping can be operated by Company, but under responsibility of customer. In this case the price will be charged on invoice. For instrument in repair and in warranty, the shipping is operated by Company but under responsibility of customer. The price for customer is the insurance for shipping, if applied. Instruments no longer produced The instruments no longer produced from more than 10 years are repairable if the spare parts are available and with timing indicated on the quotation. Warranty for instruments The warranty for instruments is indicated at article 7 of our current General Condition of Sale. Warranty on repair For each repair is applied a timing warranty of 6 months from the date of leaving by the Company or communication of repair, except for instruments no longer produced from over 10 years where the warranty is reduced to 3 months. If the repair is in warranty, the price for shipping is to charge of the Company, but under responsibility of the customer.
