If the temperture flls below the selected limit vlue (by the mount of the switching differentil), the switch is reset to its initil position. If the temperture on the temperture probe exceeds the set limit vlue, the electricl circuit is opened nd the microswitch is mechniclly locked. The microswitch cn be mnully unlocked once the dngerous temperture drops by pprox. 10 % of the scle rnge (pprox. 15 % with limit vlue setting > C). The switching circuit following the thermostt must comply with DIN EN nd VDE If the mesuring system is destroyed (i.e. if the expnsion fluid escpes) the pressure in the membrne of the STB nd STW (STB) drops nd permnently opens the electricl circuit. Unlocking is no longer possible. If the probe hs cooled down to temperture below pprox. -20 C, the electricl circuit is lso opened; when the temperture rises bove pprox. -20 C, the STB must be unlocked mnully using the restrt knob. The STW (STB) utomticlly restrts.
