2 Media Solutions for Event Management and Sponsors Our media is permanently positioned inside and outside the Convention Center, the Hyatt and on highway 101 freeway in Santa Clara, Silicon Valley. Our next generation display systems provide events and select advertisers the opportunity to reach event attendees and affluent audiences daily. You can promote your event, sponsors or exhibitors on any of the media outlined. The media can generate revenue for your event by offering segments of time to your event participants. 1. Outdoor LED Signs at the Center Four (4) 18' x 4.5', full motion digital LED outdoor signs on the perimeter of the Santa Clara Convention Center. Daily traffic is 60,000 cars. Over 75,000 people pass by the four signs daily. Your 10 second ad will be presented at least 40 times per hour, over 900 times per day, per screen. That s a total of 3,600, 10 second ads displayed to the four (4) signs per day. The Main Lobby 5-Panel Registration System 2. Indoor Digital System - Main Lobby Your event or sponsor(s) can leverage permanently installed multi-panel digital displays located in high traffic locations inside the Center. The multi-panel display systems allow content to be displayed across the panels in a way that presents your messages with high impact. Our systems are time sensitive.your messages can change throughout the day to stay current with event schedules, keynotes or sponsorship content. Main Lobby Digital System consists of: 5-panel Box office system - 24ft. wide 3-panel Escalator system - 18ft. wide Santa Clara Convention Center

3. Main Lobby 3-Panel Escalator System A new 3-Panel Escalator digital display system is located in the main lobby of the Center. The escalator serves all attendees or visitors who enter the Center.

The escalator serves all attendees or visitors who enter the Center. The display system is high profile. It can be used to direct attendees towards registration, second floor breakout rooms, ballrooms or brand your event, thank sponsors or lift exhibitor messages into the public space. The New Main Lobby Escalator 3-Panel System The Escalator 3-panel system is controlled by a separate computer from other systems. Your event can display content exclusive to your event while in the Center. 4. Mission City Ballroom Display System The Mission City Ballroom (MCB) has nine (9) large format digital displays available for your exclusive use during your event. At the entrance to the MCB is a 65 diagonal (5ft. wide) single display that can welcome your attendees, display your agenda, social feeds or what you desire. Two additional large format single panels are located on the sidewalls of the prefunction space for your use. The MCB entrance panel can display separate content from the two side panels. 4 Ballroom Display Systems - Continued Within the pre-function area of the Mission City Ballroom are two 3-Panel systems, each 12 foot wide. Content can be synchronized to individual panels or across the three panels to provide maximum visual impact for your messages. Entrance Corridor to Pre-function Area MCB West View ` Content Programming All digital display systems in the Center are time sensitive thus; your messages can stay current with your event schedules, keynotes or rotate messages based on time. Highway 101 LED Signs Two back-to-back outdoor LED signs are located on highway 101 in Santa Clara. Over 200,000 people drive by the signs daily, Monday - Friday. Each LED sign measures 22 feet wide by 18 feet high. Your six second message will be seen up to 40 times per hour, over 900 times per day to each side of the sign. 6. Media Stations - Interactive Touch System Each media station stands 6 3" tall by 30" wide and incorporates a 46 touch panel. The Station provides your event new marketing and revenue opportunities.

There are seven (7) Media Stations at the Santa Clara Convention Center and Hyatt for your use exclusive during your event. Each Station has can be branded with a print as shown in orange to the left.

Teleport Services The Beam Include remote speakers, press, guests and attendees into your event with the Beam. Increase your attendance and expand the reach of your event with the Beam! 7. The Beam allows users from anywhere in the world to visit your event. The user simply needs an internet connection, computer with webcam or laptop, smart phone or tablet. The Beam stands 5 3 tall and weighs 100lbs. The Beam couples high-end video and audio with mobile capabilities to allow the user the freedom to move about the Center or Hyatt. This allows you the comfort to know your content will be repurposed appropriately to play on any of the systems outlined in this document.
