13 The In-ServNOW TM solution is designed for both corporate-wide and per-location ease of use. One person at the corporate office is designated as the Content Coordinator and is trained by SeniorTV. The same content may be distributed simultaneously to every location, or individualized content can be sent to specific locations. Provider locations can be organized into user-defined groups organized as all, state, region, etc. similar to creating contact groups, which allow a regional manager to provide communications pertinent to only those in their region. How it works: Content is pushed from the In-ServNOW TM Uploader via the corporate Internet connection to the cloud-based In-ServNOW TM hosting site. This secure server protects content and insures it is visible only at the designated location. The Content Coordinator selects which content files are to be distributed, determines if the content is to be stored for on-demand access, sets scheduled time and date playback parameters (if automated), and selects which locations get what content. Based on the urgency of the information and size of the content files, the time of day for distribution is determined. Compression is used to minimize bandwidth requirements both uploading and downloading. To not overburden a particular location s Internet access with large video files, the content transfer can be scheduled at low usage times such as 2:00-3:00AM. Therefore, a high bandwidth connection is not required and most existing Internet connections will work satisfactory. Once the content is downloaded at the location it resides on the In-ServNOW TM playback unit which operates similar to a DVR. Content is available for instant on-demand access or automated scheduling at the discretion of the corporate office.
