With only one button to push, little is left to figure out: all of the basic functionality is optimized for use with a single click. Interactive ClickShare enables everybody to share content on the large meeting room screen. By stimulating the participation of all attendees, meetings are more interactive. 4 The unmatched laptop experience Your laptop contains a wealth of valuable information. But if sharing with other meeting participants is difficult and time-consuming, you sometimes keep it to yourself. The unique ClickShare Button gives you the simplest and fastest access to the meeting room screen. So, you can quickly use additional information to communicate your vision. The result: faster and more profound decision-making. How it works The ClickShare Button is a USB-powered device that helps create the system s ultimate user experience. Simply connect the device to your laptop s USB port, start the application and click the button your laptop s screen content is transferred instantly to the large meeting room screen display. To ensure that your content is displayed on the right screen, every ClickShare Button is paired with a ClickShare Base Unit. The pairing process is quick and simple, so meeting participants can connect a Button and start sharing without a problem. Additional Buttons can be purchased to increase the number of participants ready to share. Always the right resolution Connecting a ClickShare Button to your laptop does not change your screen resolution. ClickShare s intelligence considers all the equipment involved and makes sure the best possible resolution is used on the central meeting room screen. Enjoy sound & video ClickShare lets you channel your laptop s sound through the meeting room s audio system. At last, you can enjoy great sound with your video. Extended desktop If you want to have different content on your laptop screen than what you share on the meeting room screen, you can use Windows extended desktop functionality. Then, for example, you can view additional notes on your laptop as you show the slides on the central screen. Great wireless fidelity To ensure the wireless connection and a consistent image quality, ClickShare uses both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands.

6 Bring your own device, and get the most out of it As tablets and smartphones have made their entry into meeting rooms, business data is no longer restricted to laptops. In this bring your own device (BYOD) spirit, Barco developed an app for ios and Android, expanding meeting effectiveness to mobile devices. Freedom to share The app allows you to share static content, including PDF files, pictures and screenshots. On ios devices (iphones and ipads), you can even share your Microsoft Office documents. And in addition to your device s library, you can share from the cloud as well.

8 Presenting made easy with ClickShare If the ClickShare Button is the heart of the ClickShare system, then the Base Unit is the Latency < 100ms brain. This processing unit receives the wireless stream from the Buttons and makes sure it is reproduced in the right way. To allow you to choose the most suitable Base Unit for your meeting room, Barco offers the CSM Base Unit, and when more features and resolution are required the CSC is the recommended base unit.
