13 2.1 General Guideline The client / agency should provide all media files. 2.2 Creative Guideline 2. Production Guideline Digital Motion Network is designed for video, motion graphic & animation. All static images are not recommended, applied on both partial or full visual that composited the overall advertisement Flashing, sparking, strong light or rapidly image movement effect in the creative, visuals or image flow should be avoided Video & Audio special effects simulate technical failure (e.g. Snowy / Noisy visual effect, signal lost, vague audio, emergency sound effect) which may mislead / irritate audience should be avoided It is recommended to add subtitle for non-cantonese TVC broadcasting. 2.3 Audio Guideline Audio output level should be set within -12dB(min.) to -6dB(max.). 2.4 File Output Guideline The optimal video resolution is 1920 x 1080 HD Any other video formats not stated in this Specification will not be accepted. (Format other than MPEG-4) Recommend to submit native HD file. Conversion of low-res sources to HD format should be avoided. Cropping and enlarging video file should also be avoided. 13
