2 Specialty Applicatio Photoelectric Sesors 2 SMARTEYE X-PRO XP10 Extremely High Speed (10µs) Photoelectric Sesor The SMARTEYE X-PRO XP10 is the highest speed (10µs) dual-fuctio sesor i the world. This dual-fuctio sesor is desiged to be a precisio registratio mark sesor with 5µs repeatability, ad a stadard photoelectric sesor for ay high speed applicatio, i oe package. Mark Mode allows the user quick ad easy set-up for detectio of registratio marks by performig a AUTOSET with the backgroud i view. Whe i Mark Mode, the sesor will automatically cofigure to give a output o the mark. Stadard Mode allows the user idepedet cotrol of the AUTOSET mode, (Light State or Dark State), ad output, (Light ON or Dark ON). Stadard Mode provides the greatest flexibility for geeral purpose applicatios. Five Memory Locatios are available to be used i either Mark Mode or Stadard Mode whe the Eable optio is selected. These Memory locatios ca store all optios ad AUTOSET settigs for up to five differet applicatio requiremets. This Memory feature allows fast chageover whe ruig several differet types of materials o the same machie. 5 Special Features REMOTE PROGRAMMING The Remote Programmig feature of the SMARTEYE X-PRO XP10 allows the customer to cofigure, AUTOSET, ad tweak the sesor usig a PLC pulsetrai, HMI, NPN trasistor output, or mometary pushbutto switch to 0 VDC/groud. This provides the customer with cotrol over every aspect of the sesor cofiguratio without havig to physically touch the sesor. If you have several sesors o your machie; have sesors buried deep withi the mechaical structure of the machie; or have your sesors i safe areas behid iterlocks you ca easily access these sesors remotely to perform a "digital chageover" due to this uique, special feature. Ex. Selectio of MEM 1 H Delay 1 D Delay L Each pulse (L) is low for 40ms to 400ms. The idle time (H) betwee pulses is 40ms to 400ms. The delay (D) betwee sets of pulses is.75 secods to 5 secods. HMI - Huma Machie Iterface FIVE MEMORY LOCATIONS There are Five Memory locatios available to store various cofiguratios of the sesor for particular applicatios. For istace, if you have 5 differet web materials the backgroud colors are differet, the mark colors are differet, ad the marks are differet sizes you would eed to perform a differet AUTOSET for each backgroud, ad you might eed to add a Pulse Stretcher timer for the differet sized marks.
