2 Wuhan Fenjin s Three-in-One Product Layout Three product lines: Industrial cloud robot, IoT sensor, and industrial cloud platform Industrial cloud robot IoT sensor Industrial cloud platform Drawing on the experience gained from the development of robot controllers, motion algorithms, IoT communications, and precision speed reducers, as well as application technologies, Fenjin was the first company to introduce an industrial cloud robot product in China. Fenjin has produced technologies such as -based communications, micro-sensors with low power consumption, and embedded systems. It also has developed a full series of IoT sensor products that comply with international quality standards. Based on the product lines of the industrial cloud robot and IoT sensor, Fenjin has introduced Wanfeng, a new industrial cloud platform that provides comprehensive operational data services to industrial enterprise users. 2
3 Industrial Robot Product Line Industrial robot Wuhan Fenjin has developed a set of core technologies, including a core controller, motion algorithm, high-precision speed reducer, and onsite application system. The FRC motion control system has implemented coordinated motion control of over 8 axes and, theoretically, can control 12 axes. In addition, the system provides more than 80 input interfaces and over 40 output interfaces. The computing speed reaches 20,000 per second the advanced international level. Fenjin s robots are used in wheel production, precision casting, sheetmetal processing, as well as in decorative wood and cement manufacturing industries. 3

In this sales scheme, the integration capability is crucial. WAN GPRS/3G MSTP/Ethernet MV PLC Huawei focuses on channels that are characterized by advanced communications technologies. The networking solution for onsite sensors is a key devices technical feature, which serves as the basis of the IoT. PLC/RS485//RF NAN PLC module AC-EEM: Agile Controller-Enterprise Energy Module /RF module Fenjin, meanwhile, focuses on sensing technologies. Fenjin s onsite sensors, combined with Huawei s flexible networking solution, establish a complete value chain. 8

IoT gateways (such as AR531, AR532, and AR502) provide WAN interconnection interfaces, IoT interfaces, and open computing to integrate devices at the sensor and actuator layer. Agile Controller-Enterprise Energy Module (AC-EEM) enables device,, network maintenance, and data collection for onsite IoT sensors. The application layer is closely related to enterprises production and operation, and illustrates the vertical feature of the IoT in industries.
10 Connected City Lighting Solution Smart Solution Street lamp system Street lamp controller complies with ANSI C AC-EEM GPRS/3G/LTE Huawei agile IoT gateway AR502GR-L RF Mesh network Onsite street lamp installation complies with the ANSI C standard of street lamp control. One built-in Huawei RF communication module provides communication networking for all installed street lamps. The agile IoT gateway AR502GR-L provides Huawei-developed local computing that connects onsite devices to the AC-EEM, and offers programmable onsite services. The AC-EEM provides flexible northbound interfaces for connecting to the street lamp system on the customer side. As a result, customers can be advised of the onsite condition and status of devices. 10

Figures and tables display item- or category-based statistics, enabling visualized street lamp. Configures energy-saving policies based on the season, time-of-day, brightness, and motion sensing, saving energy and reducing emissions. Monitors street lamp status online. Generates and dynamically displays alarms when a fault occurs or a device goes offline, improving inspection efficiency and service quality. Customer Benefits Real-time monitoring of running status of street lamps, combined with visualized, improves work efficiency. Active alarms reduce the costs of manual inspection, improving citizen satisfaction and municipal service levels. Multiple energy-saving modes can be configured for the system to reduce energy waste and limit improper energy consumption, promoting rational energy utilization and continuous energy saving. The solution can save energy at a rate as high as 30%.
