1 WEDDING/EVENT ACCORD This Agreement is made between the below two parties: 1st party: Bois de Roses operated by Beta Management Group and represented by Mr. Rony Breidy. 2nd party: Name: Telephone: May display the following: As the first party owns a garden for weddings and ceremonies. And as the second party had inspected Bois de Roses and expressed the desire to rent the venue. It was agreed the following: Article 1: The above preamble and the annexes to the contract are considered as integral part of the agreement. Article 2: The second party after checking and approving Bois de Roses internal regulations would reserve it from the day.../.../... till.../.../... For the... event accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

2 Article 3: The second party agrees on paying the amount of... as a confirmation of reserving Bois de Roses. The amount is paid as following: At the signature of this contract the second party agrees to pay (40%)... of the total amount is paid at the signature of this contract. Another (30%)...of the total amount is paid one month prior the event. The remaining (30%)...of the total amount is paid 5 days prior the event, under the penalty of cancelation. Article 4: Fireworks companies must be approved by the first party. Bois de Roses is not responsible for any damages that result from the fireworks. Article 5: Caterers must also be selected from the attached recommendation list (Appendix A). Article 6: Bois de Roses gives the company Eventual exclusivity for all that concerns lighting, sound and dance floors. It is for the second party then to meet with Eventual and to agree on the details of the lighting and sound of the event. The second party has also been informed that the music will be turned off at 1 a.m. Basic Lighting & Sound system includes as per Appendix B. If the second party wishes to acquire a band, or extra equipments to the basic package, they will be responsible to ensure with the company Eventual, availability and cost of extra materials and equipments. Additional charges should be added to the total amount of the contract between the first party and second party. 2

3 Article 7: One principal electricity generator with a capacity of 250 KVA, will be available during the event. This service is provided by Bois de Roses whose price is included in the package. Article 8: Valet parking will be available at the event, this service and parking space will be insured by Bois de Roses as it is already included in the package. Article 9: Bois de Roses is not responsible for the change of climate and other meteorological factors affecting the event, thus it has the right to keep 40% of the total amount. Article 10: The first party is in no way responsible for any individual or group incident that may occur in the garden during or because of the event. Article 11: With the exception of the state of war on the Lebanese territory, if the second party decides to cancel the booking one month prior to the event, 40% of the amount will be retained by the first party, and considered as damages. If the booking is cancelled less than one month prior to the event, the first party has the full right to retain the total amount. In case of war in Lebanon, the first party has the right to keep the amount of $ 1,500 from the amount paid by the second party and reimburse the second party the remaining amount. Article 12: The Second party should obtain a written approval from his responsible bishop as well as from the president of Saydet el Hosn Monastery at least 10 days prior to the wedding in order to conduct a religious ceremony at Bois de Roses. N.B. VAT is not included in the package. The second party consents and approves all the conditions indicated above and confirms its full acceptance. First party Second party 3
