2 Visions become real. Made in Germany As a German, proprietor managed mechanical engineering company we trust in the location Germany. In a time when many enterprises move abroad with the goal of reducing manufacturing costs, we continue to invest in our production locations. This applies for all production processes in our company. Starting with the manufacture of a vast variety of components, all the way to the final assembly of the finished robot. The results are high-tech products with a quality claim - Made in Germany. Qualified personnel from own production Many companies complain about the ever increasing lack of qualified personnel in the employment market. We do not complain - We train and educate! A very important factor of our company philosophy is the education and training of our own professional workforce. Currently HAHN Automation employs 35 apprentices for the professions of mechatronics, industrial and cutting mechanics. After successfully completion of their apprenticeship the company s doors are wide open for them, as they are for all other apprentices. But even the step into the actual career is by no means the final chapter in our company. Due to this philosophy our employees identify to a great degree with the company and its products.

3 Controls For all robot product ranges HAHN Automation uses modern control systems and operation equipment. We have the right solution for a vast variety of applications: Easy Control The freely programmable control system Easy Control with the specifically developed software Easy Soft enables simple and quick programming of Sprue Pickers, SL30 robots as well as all FlexLine series. A PC-version of the Esay Soft software for convenient programming at the work place is available as an option. With a USB-Stick the software can be conveniently copied to the control. Comfort Touch Simple programming via the graphical user interface, clearly arranged menu structure and TouchScreen. These are the features of our Comfort Touch control. Due to the flexibility of the control it can be used with almost every robot series. The SmartLine series consisting of the SL30, SL50, SL100 and SL150 models with load bearing capacities of 3, 5, 10 kg and 15 kg is used as the economic model for entry into the world of automation. The SmartLine Robots, with their standardised axes and equipment are ideally suited for simple loading and unloading operations at injection moulding machines. 6 Visions become real. The FlexLine series combines the efficiency of a SmartLine robot with the flexibility of a ProLine unit for medium lifting capacities of 5 to 6 kg. The robots can be equipped with any of the three control systems (Easy Control, Comfort Touch and Robot Mobile Panel). With this both simple and complex automation processes can be realized with the FlexLine series without any problems. In addition the three extension stages of the robot series offer a vast variety of possible options. For example, the extension stage FL60 X-fix offers the possibility to combine the unloading of parts with the removal of a sprue. Weights up to 50 kg can easily be handled. All ProLine Robots have the Robot Mobile panel (RMP) with color touch screen which allows for a simple and easy to understand robot programming and operating. ProLine Series The ProLine Robot series are equipped with the latest drive and control technology, robust and rigid mechanical design and lifetime lubrication, thus providing for shorter cycle times and maintenance-free operation. 12 Visions become real. Our picker series SP3 and SP10 are most suitable for sprue and small parts removal. These series have a torsion resistant design, which offers low removal time with high removal precision. Apart from this the SP3 and SP10 robots come with the easy to operate Easy Control system. 15 With our Servopicker range PP15 - all axes driven by servo motors - you are able to perform also complex gripping functions, alongside the simple removal of sprue. Separate compressed air and vacuum circuits for various gripper models are provided as standard. Due to the extensive range of options you are able to respond to any eventualities in your production and to configure your Servopicker to your individual needs. All axes can be freely programmed with the straightforward Easy Control.
