Full Gold Economy: We currently offer a fully gilded Economy finish that is available on the profiles listed above. This is a red bole with gold over, and can have a light rub so that the red shows through. Antiquing on Economy Frames: Light antiquing is available on the Economy frames. This consists of a light rub. Sorry, we cannot offer any further customization on these Economy es. If you would like something more custom, please check out our line of fully custom frames.

6 FAQ What about Framing Works on Paper? Works on paper, such as pastels and watercolors, don t need to be matted and framed with chop-corner frames. Please see page 4 of this catalog for a discussion of framing with our finished-corner frames. What about Stock Frames? We ll often have pre-made frames in stock and ready for delivery. Please see our website () or contact us for information on what s currently available. How Long Does it Take for the Economy Frames? If we have frames pre-made stock frames can be shipped the day after payment is received. Economy Frames have a quicker turnaround time than our custom finishes as little as one week. Please call or us for the current delivery time on the Economy frames. What are the Antiquing & Patinas Available on Economy Frames? Rub determines how much surface wear the frame should have (light, moderate, heavy); used to simulate aging. What about Payment? We currently accept: Personal Checks Cash (in-person deliveries only) Money Orders Credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, and Discover) We only ship/deliver after payment is received. After 3 orders with us, you may pay after receiving our invoice if you prefer. Sales tax is charged to Colorado residents only. Sales tax rate is 4.9%. Let us know if you have a sales tax number. What about Returns? We accept returns on standard sized frames only, 16 x20 and under, within 30 days of purchase. Standard sizes are 6 x8, 8 x10, 9 x12, 10 x12, 11 x14, 12 x16, 14 x18, and 16 x20. Frame must be unused, undamaged, in the original shipping crate, and shipped back to us at your expense. A refund will be credited, minus the original shipping charges, if all of the above conditions apply. Returns for a refund will not be given on custom frames, or frames over 16 x20. If you are not happy with the finish on these larger or custom frames, you may return them at your expense for a re-finish. Re-finish charges and re-shipping charges will apply please ask us for a quote on re-finish charges before returning the frame.

7 If you are ordering from us for the first time, we highly recommend ordering a smaller, standardsized frame first to make sure you like our finishes. Ordering and Shipping Discounts Discounts are not available on Economy frames. Please use the order form below and mail to us (one form per frame ordered). You may also order via using the order form as a guide, via website using the form provided (use order form as a guide), or by phone at. We will contact you with final price, including shipping and tax if applicable. We only ship after payment is received. After 3 orders with us, you may pay after receiving our invoice if you prefer. We will ship via the carrier of your choice at your expense. If no carrier is specified we will ship FedEx Ground. Please ask for quote on crating/shipping. If you re only ordering small frames (smaller than 12 x 16 ) crating may be waived or discounted, so ask us for more details or a quote. If you live in the South Denver to Colorado Springs corridor, we may be able to arrange for a pickup/dropoff location, or you may pick up at our shop. This would save you shipping and crating costs.
