5 How to Connect LED Strips Please follow the steps as below if a connection is necessary after cut. A. Cut along the cutting mark line same as right picture1, and then tear a little bit 3M self-adhesive tape from the mark. Attention: 1>. If 3M tape is not peeled off a little, It is not easy to insert the strips.. Pull the plastic lock a little and make it out, insert strips, push the plastic lock to the middle. Attention: 1>. Not allowed too much strength while pulling the plastic lock, otherwise, it would destroy the connector. 2>. Make sure the soldering pads fully touch the conjunction metal. Insert the strips and Soldering Note: Please make sure choose right AC/DC power adaptor to drive P-ibbon. Power more than 12VDC/85W is recommended. Inadequate power may not light up the strip completely; it is harmful for the chips of the led strips. So forbidden to use the inadequate power supply. Please tell us if it is difficulty to buy the right adaptor locally.
