2 Bayer Exhibit Chicago, IL Illuminate (17) 7 wide x 18 tall structure from within and overcome ambient light levels. Maintain ability to change colors of all structures from a single control panel. Match and complement brand colors. (51) Martin Stagebar 54L LED fixtures were used to light the (17) structures. City Theatrical Wireless DMX used in conjunction with a HES Hog Full Boar console controlled all fixtures from a single area. Solutions The use of the high powered LED fixtures allowed ILC to overcome ambient light levels while maintaining even color from top to bottom. The (5) color LED fixtures (Red, Green, Blue, Amber, White) produced subtle color changes that complemented the booth space. Wireless control of all fixtures eliminated the need for cables and maintained the overall clean appearance of the exhibit.

3 Event Solutions Las Vegas, NV Transform a stark white tent into an Aztec environment. Construct flame on top of a 15 tower. Impress and excite event professionals 3-D flame created with Martin LC LED panels. (34) intelligent lighting fixtures to paint ceiling with color and texture throughout the show. (50) LED uplights used in conjunction with media server to make walls flicker as if lit by center flame. (48) conventional fixtures for various gobo and pattern projections. Over 400 of black truss hung in a zig-zag pattern which achieved superior lighting positions and complemented décor. Production Starting with the zig-zag truss, this lighting system provided enough impact to grab the attention of seasoned event professionals. The entire ceiling of the 100 x 300 tent was colored with intelligent lights and switched between the subtle Aztec theme to a disco during entertainment portions of the event. The highlight of the show was the 6 tall flame displayed with LED panels situated on top of a 15 tall center structure. Using a media server, ILC pixel mapped the flame video onto the uplights to have the walls appear as if lit by the center flame.

4 Virgin Atlantic Chicago, IL Coordinate setup and rehearsal times with the public hours of the museum. Hang over (3) tons of equipment on (75) year old structure. Use LED video screen as a product reveal for an aircraft. Lightswitch Chicago specified over (50) automated lighting fixtures for full saturation of venue space. 35 x 18 LED video wall that acted as a scrim for the product reveal. Fly-away LED video wall so attendees can experience the aircraft first-hand. Planned and obtained approval for rigging of LED screen and lighting elements on 75 year old venue. Production ILC provided all lighting, rigging, and technical support for the national press event announcing the purchase of the new Boeing 787 Dreamliner by Virgin Atlantic. The event featured a press conference and video presentation followed by a dramatic product reveal of a full-size section of the aircraft. Hours of planning resulted in a flawless production which combined the visual effects of lighting and video.

5 Steelcase Grand Rapids, MI Totally transform the room during a four hour period between the general session and closing night party. Establish the party theme of North Side / South Side of Chicago. Due to the limited setup time, scenic treatments were limited and our team was required to create this environment with lighting. 700 of box truss with thirty theatrical chain hoists. (54) intelligent lights to remotely change the positions, colors, and patterns which transformed the room in a few hours. Production This versatile lighting system fulfilled the creative vision for the general session and closing night party by incorporating a lighting design which could quickly change the look of the room. The use of a large intelligent lighting system made the four hour transformation possible and the digital lighting combined the visual imagery of lighting and video into a single system.

7 Project Management Services Consultation When creating a lighting design with our clients, the ILC Sales and Project Management teams work closely to recommend the best fixtures and placement for any type of event. The Project Managers consider all venue parameters and labor restrictions to ensure the proposal satisfies the lighting design. This second set of eyes helps eliminate budget revisions resulting in the most accurate proposals possible. In situations where clients secure outside lighting designers, the ILC Project Managers work with the lighting designers and clients to ensure any equipment substitutions satisfy the design concept, venue parameters and labor restrictions. Our expertise allows ILC to communicate clearly and efficiently with lighting designers resulting in creating the vision of designers in even the most complex productions. Drawing Once the design and proposal has been approved, ILC Project Managers will create detailed drawings of the event which ensures all production elements will work together seamlessly. Site surveys will be scheduled when appropriate to ensure accuracy and to help identify any potential difficulties in advance of the production. These plans allow ILC to meticulously plan for all contingencies and allow us to efficiently manage on-site changes with ease. Pre-Production Planning Every aspect of the production schedule will be reviewed and approved by ILC Project Managers. All trucking and labor times will be double checked to eliminate scheduling difficulties. Plus all equipment will be prepped in our 5,000 square foot production studio to guarantee the most efficient production possible. These efficiencies provide our clients on-site savings that far exceeds the costs for ILC Project Management. Pre-Production Safety Review The ILC Project Management team includes ETCP Certified Riggers and Electricians and, as part of our commitment to ETCP safety standards, every production is reviewed by a Project Manager to ensure all lighting and rigging components meet or exceed safety requirements. Every show is important and the safety of every person involved with the event requires our attention to these details. On-Site Labor Coordination The Project Manager will coordinate all on-site labor and confirm all information is properly communicated well in advance of the start of the production. All drawings, plans, and safety standards will be upheld by our experienced technical team. In some cases, the ILC Project Manager will be part of the crew to act as a liaison with the client to help ensure a seamless project from start to finish.
