2 Who We Are Levitate develops captivating video for companies of all sizes. As of Q3 2018, we have produced over 5,500 videos for more than 1,300 clients worldwide. Since 2009, we have helped companies demonstrate their offerings better through live and animated video productions. We have done this by building a world-class team of project managers, scriptwriters, graphic design specialists, illustrators, and animators and developing a process that works for companies of all sizes and in all industries. We ve combined a lot of unique styles and backgrounds to make a remarkable group of folks. This style diversity has been a contributing factor to our growth and since 2014, Inc. 4 Our Process... The Levitate project methodology has been defined by thousands of previous video productions and is the foundation of our successful engagements. Our process includes the following milestones and evaluations: Organization and Information Exchange Prior to a kick-off call, we provide access to our project management suite that will serve as the communication hub for all feedback and materials during the production and approval stages. Kick-Off Call A one-hour on-site meeting or call where members of the client team are encouraged to join and participate in a structured review of our process, examples of style, and a collaboration session that explores important aspects of your business that can be demonstrated through video. Script Development All materials are organized and sent to one scriptwriter, one VP Production and one Founder. A draft script is produced within a 48-hour window. Script Review and Revisions This will serve as the first evaluation from the client. Finalized scripts are provided with notes on the estimated length. Revisions or a full re-write is performed by the Levitate team in a 48-hour window and provided again for final approval. Voiceover We currently have a collection of over 100 voiceover artists under contract with Levitate and can provide a range of options. Once the script is finalized, the voiceover recording is usually completed within 24 hours using HD recording equipment in a professional studio. Storyboard, Style Frames, and Revisions Levitate uses storyboards and style frames to provide the client with a true visual representation of what the final video will look like. Using the approved script, our animation team will document each section of the video along with samples of the visual style. First Full Draft Once all of the elements are approved, Levitate will use the next five days or less to produce a full draft version of the video to follow the same approval process as before. Final Video Delivery of the final draft follows the same process as before. Minor adjustments are made and all work is confirmed. Multiple renderings are delivered along with production assets.

5 Q Updates Levitate is excited to announce a new Premium video offering that includes a dedicated Creative Director in addition to a Project Manager, unlimited revisions, and premium script and music development. Levitate Team Member Spotlight: Mike Yamrus information into a sixty second video. We ve always trended towards leading with the most powerful content to entice audiences to reach out with questions. I m happy to see that a lot of companies of all sizes are leaning towards a simpler video style recently. How about some fun facts about yourself? I m a huge Pearl Jam fan and I have traveled all over North America to see them play live. So far I ve seen thirty one shows. I love to cook and I m pretty much the meal maker in the family! I ve recently started smoking meats on the weekends and all the neighbors love the free BBQ we give them. Tell us a little about your role on the Levitate team: I ve been with Levitate for almost three years as a Project Manager and Video Editor. I ve been in the video production field since 2002, working in and around the Washington, D.C. area. What was a recent production moment with a client that you found interesting? Castrol Motor Oil needed help developing a video to highlight features of an internal platform they use to create pinpointed sales plans. What made this unique was that they didn t want to use a voiceover. Without a voiceover, the challenge is relying completely on strong visuals to tell their story. Working with our scripting team, we created an outline with call-outs for on-screen text so the client could get a much better sense of the ideas we were proposing. The client told us that this outline was exactly what they needed to help them get a picture of the proposed video prior to Levitate creating a single image! Have you seen any interesting video trends in the market lately? I m seeing a lot more videos trending towards a simple and clean look. We sometimes speak with folks that want to pack a large amount of TEAMSNAP ALPB Levitate Media 2018 Gold Telly Winner Non-Broadcast Craft-Editing Levitate is proud to announce that the TeamSnap ALPB video has been named Gold Telly Winner in Non-Broadcast Craft- Editing in the 39th Annual Telly Awards. The Telly Awards honors excellence in video and television across all screens and it is judged by leaders from video platforms, television and streaming networks, agencies, and production companies including Vice, Vimeo, Hearst Digital Media, and BuzzFeed. Levitate is pushing the boundaries for video and television innovation and creativity at at time when the industry is rapidly changing said Sabrina Dridje, Managing Director of the Telly Awards. This award is a tribute to the talent and vision of its creators.
