1 Installation Checklist Inspect The Hardware When you re unboxing the hardware, thoroughly look it over for any shipping damage. Test The Box Plug the power cable of the Digital Menubox into a 110V power outlet and make sure the box begins to boot up. Install The Box Have a licensed electrician run power to where the box will be installed. Have your IT install and run a live Cat5 cable to the point of installation (Pg 6). Mount the box as shown in these instructions (Pg 3). Lock The Box Use the combination lock on the bottom on your box to secure the cover and internal components. Keep the Lock code in a safe place (Pg 6). If any damage is visible, please notify us within 4hrs of receipt. 4 Testing the box i ii iii Startup Things to look for The following instructions require a licensed electrician to install and run 110V power to the box prior to mounting. Please ensure your Digital Menubox will have a constant connection to the internet and uninterrupted power 4/7. This way we can provide updates and support 4/7. Do not put your Digital Menubox on the same switch as your outdoor lighting.

4 Warnings 4 EN Keep the required distances between the DMB and other objects (e.g. walls) to ensure proper ventilation. Failing to do so may result in fire or a problem with the product due to an increase in the internal temperature of the product. Be careful when you open the DMB because some parts can get quite hot. Caution: Pulling, pushing, or climbing on the DMB may cause the DMB to fall, causing serious injuries or death. Do not spray water or a cleaning agent directly onto the product. Any liquid that goes into the product may cause a failure, fire, or electric shock. Clean the product with a soft cloth and a small amount of water.
