4 Designed to Adapt to Any Lamp Anywhere on Your Vehicle or Trailer After extensive research and development LED Autolamps have gone back to the drawing board completely redesigning our heavy duty plug in lamp and cable system. Designed specifically to be easily and quickly applied without the need to cut, splice, solder, join or tape wire joins. Complete end to end cabling solution for heavy vehicle or trailer applications. Manufacturers often require high output with low downtime to stay profitable our new system address this and will reduce fitting times with its simple plug in design allowing skilled or non-skilled fitters to complete the install. Expect to reduce labour costs by 80% The key to this system is its flexibility and by offering 12 different plugs for various functions allowing the addition of extra lighting to be added at any point in the line. There are 3 x 7 core 4 way plug connectors with 2 pin outlets for a centralized fitting option and 6 x 7 core 3 way plug connectors with a 2 pin outlet for side inline fitment option, also for extra marker lamps or extended marker cable is a 2 core 3 way Joiner/splitter. There are also two main cable connectors; 7 core junction splitter for rear left and right lamps and two 2 pin out lets for marker or license plate lamps as well as a 7 core junction splitter for left and right rear lamps. All plugs have been colour coded for the particular wire function. This avoids confusion and possible errors in installation, All the connectors are IP68 rated water proof sealing rings ensuring a water tight proof seal. Engineers are demanding that their trailer wiring has securely protected plugs and joins which is why we offer a protective cover for all plug connectors with a breaking strain in excess of 20 pounds. This ensures a secure fitment making it almost impossible to pull apart, Engineers have given this system the thumbs up. The flexibility of this system boasts 9 x 7 Core main cable lengths with the option of both male and female plugs or just with the male plug and bare wires also available 8 x 2 core marker cables. The cable selection available allows the easy addition of extra lengths and joins to lamps or to run an unbroken continuous length along the entire trailer. The addition of a 7 core main cable extension ensures the system can also adapt to a B Double trailer. To complete the system several lamp options are available; 8 different types of markers, 2 different types of license plate lamps, 2 different types of ECE approved reverse/ flood lamps as well as small, medium and Large popular truck style rear combination lamps. All lamps are Australian road approved for intended function with all cables and covers manufactured to comply with DG (Dangerous Goods) Rating. All materials are manufactured to RoHS (Non Hazardous Materials) specifications. This complete end to end lamp and cabling solution offers a limited 5 year warranty for peace of mind and provides an extremely tough and durable life-cycle ensuring our customers product and brand is protected. 4
