4 2) Area wise Functionality Description : 2.1) CMD Cabin : This room will be mainly used for the computer presentation, video conference application. The specifications for this room type should be read in conjunction with the schematic drawings: Design Debrief: Display: Large sized (98 ) 4K UHD display to be used for video conferencing and laptop presentation. (Sound from FOH inwall mount speakers) 1 no s cable management boxes with retractor to be installed with Laptop connectivity (1HDMI, 1VGA+ audio+ 1 Lan) 2 no s UPS power in each box) on table. SIP conference phone with wireless presentation. Video conference to be done from meeting table. VC codec with camera and dual mics on table to be used from video conferencing application. Portable Music Station to be docked on working table Sound to be reinforced from it, when only CMD in room to watch TV channels. Control and routing to be done through control touch panel. AV equipment s to be stored in rack in store area. Single 98 (diagonal) professional LED slim bezel flat panel display will be used. The display shall can support an HDMI input with screen resolutions of up 4k UHD native. PC presentations will be capable of being displayed in both 4:3 and 16:9 formats. The display will be controlled via control system touch panel. The display shall compulsorily have two HDMI inputs or suitable adaptor (HDMI- DVI) needed to be supplied wherever applicable. The auto standby mode for energy management shall be integrated features of the display. The display is to be mounted on a branded (quality as per display OEM standards) wall mount bracket. Mounting arrangement should factor depth required behind display if any equipment s (receiver, wireless presentation device, collaboration kit etc.) housed behind display. Presentation Sources Each room will have a VGA-A and HDMI input for laptop connectivity in each cable management box 1 nos. There shall be a video transmitter housed underneath the table with 1HDMI,1 VGA input which shall be connected through cat based output directly to the video matrix switcher and cat output of switcher to be connected to the display using cat based video receivers. Video Conferencing Codec A video conferencing codec is to be installed in the AV rack in credenza. The codec will be capable of transmission over IP and will provide integrated voice, video, data and web capabilities. One video conferencing cameras will be directly connected the codec over camera signal transmitter and receiver. The codec will be set to dual screen mode All sources that will be routed to the codec including the PC and laptop will be done so via the presentation scaler switcher. No other video or audio sources are to be connected directly to the codec. All accessories, extension mic cables, multiparty call licenses to be included. Page 4

5 Camera: wall VC camera. Microphones There shall be 2 no s table top microphones to be used for far end audio reinforcement only during video conference application. Control System There shall be Touch panel control system in each room for basic AV control functionality. Each AV device requiring control is wired into the control processor and a program is written to allow control over the specific components that are installed into the AV system.
