I am starting with page one and coloring through the book because every illustration is amazing.this is a beautiful book full of graceful, artistic illustrations of the intricately designed soul bird set in different flowing scenes based on nature. On the back of each page is an inspiring quote that will add to your coloring experience.this book will bring out your imagination, stimulate your senses and creativity, and as you become engaged in the enjoyable, relaxing activity of Coloring, it calms you and almost immediately starts reducing your stress level.this book is a perfect addition to your coloring library; a perfect gift for school aged children, college students, or adults who enjoy coloring, and a much easier way to reduce stress than going to the gym beautiful Illustrations printed one per page (on the back of each page is a beautiful, inspirational quote) on medium weight, bright white paper.2. To prevent leakage onto the next

3 picture, if you are using Gel Pens or Markers, Place a scrap sheet of paper under the page you are coloring and make sure the picture is dry before removing that page.3. The pages have a dotted line next to the binding for cutting the page from the book. The only reason I give this one 4 stars is because the paper quality isn't great. The pictures are on one side of the sheet. There is a nice variety to the pictures so you don't get bored. Cute gift! Gel pens work great on it. The designs are very detailed (similar to Johanna Bashford's work); however, they are single sided (there is quote on the reverse of each picture) making it easy to remove a page. The "bird" is a theme throughout the book and appears on most pages. I like the nature oriented pictures and find them very relaxing to work with. The book is ok. I will still color it but there is a lot of black for my taste. I like to be able to decide what I want black and where I wanted it shaded. Some of the pictures are kind of weird as well but like I said I will still color them. When I received this coloring book along with a few others that I ordered I was actually dissappointed. It didn't fit the standards I am accustomed to when it comes to adult coloring books. It is still good if you need to relieve stress it just didn't hold my attention as well as some of the others I had ordered One piece of advice - do not bother with this colouring book. I was really disappointed when it arrived and have not been inspired since the first attempt to colour in a few pages. Here are my issues with it:1. The paper on which it is printed is way too light weight. If you are thinking of using markers in the book, make sure you put a couple sheets of paper behind the page that you're working on because there WILL be bleed-through not only onto the reverse side but also the next page if you are particularly heavy-handed. This is a DRY MEDIA ONLY book unless you pull out the pages to work on them separately.2. The quality of the image reproduction is horrible. Having experience in the art/design/graphics world, I know when something has been artificially traced by computer program and many of the images in the book look very rough because of it.3. There is no cohesiveness to the book at all. One moment you're looking at a bird in some trees and the next page shows a random zentangle image. It is also a mish-mash of what looks to me like copies of

4 other colouring book artists work. Someone has taken inspiration from Johanna Basford's style, that's for sure.the only thing I liked about the book was the cover - it has an interesting feel to it and an appearance of quality that belies the actual content, which is ultimately disappointing. I am in love with this coloring book. I love coloring when I'm having a hard time with stress and every day life. It helps me to relax and meditate. This book is a beautiful story of life, the jorney, and peace. I love the pictures in it, as it's a lot of henna designs. I also like that it's more hand drawn looking, with imperfections that we all have. I love that I can meditate through the message of the book and create color and beauty. It's a wonderful book for all ages.i received this free in exchange for my review. This is a birthday gift for my best friend (purchased with a colorful gel set of pens). I think she will love it as it is unique to give an adult a coloring book, she loves birds and she is also an artist in her own right.i myself find it quite relaxing..and Prime is wonderful!
