11 REPORTING MATERIAL TWO TYPES Published material must always be reported regardless of where the copying is done Unpublished material is accounted for on monitored machines (photocopiers) in the school

21 EXAMPLE 1 PUBLISHED MATERIAL Leonie Darken wants to photocopy two pages from a chapter of the book Breath for each of her 22 students. 1. Leonie fills out a Published Material Form 2. Leonie makes 23 photocopies and attaches the extra spare copy to the form 3. Leonie also photocopies the publication details of the book and attaches it to the form 20

The printed fact sheet specifies the publication details (the URL) for this material so she does not need to attach any additional publication details.
