The Academc Standards and Calendar Commttees has made every effort to produce calendars wth an equal number of MTWRF class days each semester and to satsfy Federal Fnancal Ad gudelnes for the total number of weeks for each academc year. n addton, the commttee must conform to the followng mandates: The fall semester must begn after Labor Day and end before Chrstmas The sprng semester must end before Commencement, whch must be held one week before the weekend precedng Memoral Day.
