Party Pros agrees to the following terms A) Consultation services for planning the event. B) Coordination and management of the event. C) Master of ceremonies services. D) Disc jockey and music entertainment. The Client agrees to the following terms A) Remaining balance will be due on the date of the event. Any additional hour(s) will be billed at $ per. hour(s). B) In the event of cancellation within 60 days of the event will result in penalties of 50% of the balance due. The deposit is non refundable. C) Purchaser agrees to supply power close to where we will be performing. We will also need one six foot table to hold our equipment on. D) Upon signature of purchaser and contractor, this agreement is deemed to be an acceptance of all terms by all parties. E) Sign and return one copy of this agreement along with the deposit to Party Pros within two weeks to book this event.
