She made the revelation in an extract from her forthcoming autobiography, Learning To Fly, which was published in the Mail on Sunday newspaper. Beckham has denied that she had anorexia in the past. Beckham described her illness and said that for a time she was "obsessed" with her appearance. Courtney Thorne-Smith has an eating disorder. The former star of Ally McBeal tells US Weekly that the pressure to be thin ultimately led her to quit the Fox drama. "I started under eating, over exercising, pushing myself too hard and brutalizing my immune system. The amount of time I spent thinking about food and being upset about my body was insane."

Hy het ons gemaak en gevorm na Sy beeld en ons is nooit vir Hom n skande nie, maak nie saak hoe dikwels ons onsself en vir God teleurstel nie. Die duiwel wil he ons moet glo in n leuen en hoe anders gaan hy dit regkry as om ons ingehok te hou in ons probleme deur aan ons te kommunikeer dat wat ons doen n skande / sonde is. En hy doen dit deur mense of dinge oor jou pad te stuur wat die nuus aan jou kommunikeer. Die gevolg is ons gaan dit met niemand deel nie want ons en ons bly vasgevang in ons worstelstryd op ons eie want ons voel ons kan nie hierdie skande met einge van ons vriende deel nie. 4)Dis nie A-OKAY nie!
