The 100 page glossy A4 is published 6 times a year and is available in all good newsagents (including Tesco and selected Dunnes Stores) as well as being on subscription and given out to all people who attend our 50 Plus Expo s across the country, (Dublin, Cork, Galway, Killarney and Athlone).
