1 Welcome to STIG s (927) Extended Donor Profile STIG (927) voluntarily provided the following information which will be disclosed to future parents as an aid in their selection General Information and characteristics Height: 190 cm Weight: 87 kg Build: Athletic/Slim Shoe size: Clothing size: X-Large Skin tone: Fair Eye color: Blue/Grey Eyebrows: Black Beard: Medium brown Hair: Brown, medium and straight Words to describe my personality would be: Perfectionist, organized, well-mannered and sense of humour. STIG is both right and left handed - he writes and eats with his right hand and plays tennis with his left hand. He does not wear prescription lenses. He has no medical conditions or physical abnormalities but has a slight allergy towards grass pollen, as well as birch pollen. Academics STIG (927) has been going to school for 16 years including primary school. After graduating high school in 1988 he worked for a year before commencing language studies at business school. Currently STIG is studying psychology at university and he expects to graduate in His goal for the future is to get a master s degree and then get a job. He tells us about his career goal: Since I am still at the beginning of my studies I am yet to have a clear vision of my future career, other than a general wish to be able to help people help themselves. STIG s native language is Danish and he also speaks German almost fluently, and a little bit of English. He has not served in the military due to not being drafted so he concentrated on his education instead. I am a student of psychology.
2 Q&A with STIG STIG answers questions about his life, experiences, and good memories What is your marital status? I am currently single. Do you have any children? Which words describe your personality? Perfectionist, organized, well-mannered and sense of humour. Are you more scientific, artistic, or humanities oriented? Predominantly humanities oriented however, I take singing lessons and have a general fondness for listening to music. Describe some of your strong sides: I am good at concentrating on the task ahead, given that I have a sense of purpose. I have a flair for languages, for communication in general. I am very curious about societal issues, along with music and film culture, and therefore well informed about these topics. I like to apply humor in my everyday life. Describe some of your weak sides: I tend to get lost in details sometimes, taking up too much of my time with the nitty-gritty of things. At other times I lack the drive to proceed with a task, if it does not fully absorb me. This would be the case when it comes to natural sciences. Which sports do you like to participate in? Running (in the summertime) as well as other cardiovascular activities (stationary bike, step machine) and weight training. Describe any additional hobbies you have: Along with a friend I am writing and recording music once a week (the genre is electronic pop). Do you play any musical instruments? Are you a member of a church? How much sleep do you get on an average night? 8 hours (and I really enjoy it!). Which sports did you play as a child? I played soccer from age 6 to 17, along with handball from age 12 to 18. I also played basketball for 1 season at age 16. Do you eat healthy? I try to eat 6 balanced meals a day, each one consisting of lean protein sources, carbohydrates and essential fatty acids, since I want to maintain a healthy and energetic lifestyle. However, I do enjoy sweets from time to time, but rarely in large quantities. Which sports do you enjoy watching? Soccer, handball, tennis and track & field. Are you a smoker? No, I do not smoke and I try to avoid smoky places.
3 Q&A with STIG Continued from previous page Do you drink alcohol? Almost never. Do you ride a bicycle? No, since I do not own one. What is your native language? Danish. Which other languages do you speak? German almost fluent and English quite good. What is your most memorable childhood experience? One day in kindergarden I was playing with some of the other children. This red-haired girl, whose name I forgot, used the curtains to swing herself back and forth like Tarzan, until she smashed her forehead in to the brick wall, causing the blood from her wound to spray all over the nearby cushions on the floor. Next thing she was tended to by the grown-ups, who tried to calm her screaming while stopping the bleeding. I remember being upset, yet still fascinated by the goings-on. To which countries have you traveled? Sweden, England, Germany and France. Describe a few things you like the most about your own country? To be able to watch the change of the seasons. Everything here is quite neat and well-organized, from public transportation to the social security system, a trait one tends to forget when living as privileged as most of us do. What is your favourite colour? Light blue. What is your favourite animal? Elephant. You do not want to mess with this one, yet these giants seem very gentle. What is your favourite food? Chinese. What is your favourite pet? Cat. What is your favourite car? Any large BMW or a Range Rover. What is your favourite music? Modern R n B, pop, film music (orchestral), a little classical music.
