2 CHARACTERS: PRINCESS FROG (PRINCE) KING WITCH FRIENDS QUEEN MAID SCRIPT: Narrator 1: Evening star is shining bright, So make a wish and hold on tight, Narrator2: There's magic in the air tonight, And anything can happen.

3 Scene 1: Friend 1: Good morning our prince. Would you like to play with us? Prince: Of course, no! I am the prince and I will be your king one day. Friend 2: So, you don t have friends?! Prince: I don t need them. Witch: Hey, selfish prince. Prince: Who are you? Witch: I am the strong witch. Prince: What do you want from me? Witch: You aren t a good prince and I will turn you into an ugly frog now! Prince: No, please!!!!

4 Witch: You can be a prince again if you have a true friend and live with him for three days. Prince: How can I get a friend?! Witch: Help others! And now Abracadabra! Scene 2 1 IN THE FOREST Narrator 3: The great king gave her beautiful daughter an amazing golden ball. Narrator 4: She ran everywhere playing with her present but she never expected what shall happen! PRINCESS: What a lovely day! I m so happy with the golden ball my father gave me. It s so beautiful Oh, no!. I ve lost my ball in the lake. What shall I do?.

5 FROG: Princess, why are you crying? PRINCESS: What an ugly frog!. Stay away from me! I dropped my golden ball into the lake. If I get it back, I will give everything I have my ring, my necklace. FROG: I can get your ball. But what shall I do with your ring or necklace? I am just a frog. PRINCESS: How should I know? FROG: I know you re sad, so I ll get your golden ball. PRINCESS: Really?! You would do that for me? FROG: Yes, but only if you promise you will let me live at the castle.

6 PRINCESS: What! FROG: And let me be your friend. PRINCESS: Oh my god! FROG: And let me eat from your plate. PRINCESS: Eat from my plate! FROG: And let me sleep on your pillow. PRINCESS: Mmm, Oh yes, I promise you. (to the audience) Such a silly frog! FROG: You will have your golden ball. PRINCESS: You found it! You found it!

7 FROG: Wait! Wait! You promised to take me to the castle with you. Princess! ACT 2 IN THE CASTLE DINING HALL Narrator 5: The princess left the frog and went happily to her castle. KING: My dear daughter. You are eating so fast! PRINCESS: I want to play with my lovely ball, dad. FROG: Princess, oh, Princess, open the door! I am your friend! King: What is that noise?! Maid: There is an ugly frog outside! Princess: Oh, no!

8 Queen: My dear, you re pale. What s wrong? PRINCESS: Yesterday I dropped my ball and an ugly frog helped me! But I promised him he will be my friend and stay with me here. FROG: Princess, oh, Princess, open the door! PRINCESS: Oh, father, what should I do? KING: You gave your word and you must keep it. Let the frog in. Maid: Yes, sir. (open the door) Come in, frog. FROG: Thank you, Princess. I`m hungry. Let me eat from your plate. PRINCESS: Do I have to?

9 Queen: Yes, he helped you. PRINCESS: Okay. You can eat now. Then I will take you to sleep. A bell rang. Jasmine: Good Morning, Is Maria here? Maid: Good Morning beautiful girls. Yes, she is in her bedroom. Come in Fareda: Can you tell her we are here? Maid: Of course just a minute. Friends: Thanks a lot. Maria: Thank god you came I m really sad Jasmine: But why? Maria: Because of that ugly frog He eats from my plate and sleeps on my bed

10 Fareda: Oh, no! Forever! Maria: For three days Jasmine: Time flys Fareda: Don t be sad Maria: I am trying Thanks for coming. Jasmine: We are always here for you. Fareda: Best friends forever. And now, Have some rest. Jasmine: Yes. Goodbye for now, Maria. Maria: Goodbye dear friends. ACT 3 IN THE CASTLE DINING HALL. Narrator 6: The three days are over. The frog is gone. The princess is still angry (The Princess and the King are eating dinner)

11 Queen: Daughter, you re not eating. PRINCESS: I m not hungry, mother. KING: But you didn t eat for three days. PRINCESS: Because of that ugly frog. Queen: You gave him your word. PRINCESS: Yes, but he is not clean. FROG: (knocks at door) Princess, oh Princess, open the door! PRINCESS: Oh, no! Not again!! KING: Open the door.

12 Maid: Yes, sir. PRINCESS: (opens door and sees a handsome prince) Who are you? PRINCE: I am a prince. A strong witch turned me into a frog. I had to good friend with someone. Then I could become a prince again. PRINCESS: Really! PRINCE: Would you marry me?! PRINCESS: Oh, yes. I will! Narrator 7: How lovely life can be if one takes time to be friendly!
