1 JAMBO GOES TO THE MOON CHAPTER 1 About Jambo I'm Jambo. I live in Africa in a big jungle. It's really cool living in the jungle. I have all kinds of animal friends.
2 While Jambo was having lots of fun in the jungle, his parents were not! They were very worried. I'm worrierd about Jambo. He's always in trouble. Why can't he play quietly like other chimps? What are we going to do? I don't know what we're going to do with him! He can't keep out of trouble! It's his brain, I think. He has a very smart brain.
3 This is what the brain of most chimps looks like. This is what my brain looks like. You can see all the important machinery there. Isn't that cool?
4 His tricks always seemed to get him in trouble. One day he thought he would get a ride by holding Simba's tail. This should be lots of fun! Jambo had a ride. For a while! Then, slowly, slowly, slowly, Simba SAT DOWN! HEY! Don't do that!

1 The children are to complete the missing words in the paragraph. They can find the words in the story or these words can be written on the board: happy, tricks, worried about, Africa, trouble, brain. Talk about tricks that Jambo could play. The children are to draw a picture of a trick that Jambo might do, and then write a sentence that describes Jambo s trick. NOTE: Chapter 1 has additional exercises. This allows the children to adapt to the new vocabulary. CHAPTER 1 ABOUT JAMBO EXERCISE 1: Jambo lived in. He was a very chimpanzee. His mother and father worried. He was always in. Jambo was born with a very smart. He was always thinking up new. EXERCISE 2: DESCRIBE JAMBO S TRICK 2016, Learning English With Laughter Ltd, all rights reserved

Show things that you are good at doing. Write a paragraph of at least two sentences telling what you are good at doing. 2016, Learning English With Laughter Ltd, all rights reserved
