I get along well with people and I am not afraid to let others in. FENRIR uses prescription lenses, and suffers from astigmatism. Has suffered from a mild depression, and has had surgery for inguinal hernia. He does not suffer from any allergies or medical conditions. FENRIR resembles the Canadian-American actor Jason Priestley. Click here for photos of Jason. Academics FENRIR has completed 20 years of education including primary and lower secondary school. He then attended a business high school. After graduating, he went straight to university, where he studied a bachelor in engineering. Right after completing university, he got a job and currently, he works with product development, process optimization and quality assessment. His career goal is to start his own companies, specialising in product development and quality/risk assessment. He has previously worked as a project manager, product developer, software tester and assessment engineer. He has not served in the military. His native language is Danish and he speaks English and German as well. I want to start a few companies and specialise in product development and assessment.

2 Q&A with FENRIR FENRIR answers questions about his life, experiences, and good memories Which words describe your personality? Intelligent, willful, wistful, witty, caring, loving, social, comfortable. Describe your strong sides: I m fairly quick at getting along with people. I maintain a professional distance to people I work with, but I am not afraid to let people in. I m very intelligent, and use this to my advantage in most areas of my life. I m very strong, and genetically I have been blessed with no allergies and an athletic body. Describe your weak sides: I m not too keen on letting just anybody in, which is a defense mechanism. I stand up for people who are being bullied because I ve experienced it myself. What is your marital status? Married. Do you have any children? Child 1: Boy, 120 cm, 22 kg, dirty blond hair, blue eyes, very intelligent and full of integrity, very nerdy (collecting all sorts of rocks, bits and pieces) and curious. Tends to be a pushover and overly cautious, but is growing out of it. Normal growth rate, no medical history apart from an accident with the urinary tube. Allergic to grass and birch. Child 2: Boy, 110 cm, 19 kg, dirty blond hair, blue eyes, very willful and enthusiastic, very strong-minded and interested in trying new things. Tends to be bossy. Normal growth rate, no medical history. Which types of sport do you play or have played? Swimming, platform diving, athletics, gymnastics, calisthenics, cycling, mountain biking, pool. Which other types of sports are you interested in? Athletics, mountainbiking, snooker. List any other hobbies you may have or have had: Stamp collecting when I was younger, coin collecting, general activities relating to biking and calisthenics. Do you smoke? No. Do you ride a bicycle? Sometimes. How much alcohol do you drink on average per week? 1-2 units. Which countries have you visited: Denmark, Germany, Sweden, Czech Republic, Canada, USA, Iceland. Describe the best holiday you have had: Went to Canada for a month to visit a friend. Basically just became a part of the ecosystem there for about a month. Loved every second of it, and grew into a more mature version of myself during the period. Saw a lot of great people and sights, which I will never forget. What do you like the most about your own country: The openness and security. I often leave my house without locking the door. My two kids roam the area around my house freely, and are able to learn and grow because of the safety and security. Opportunities for whoever puts in the effort.

3 Q&A with FENRIR - continued FENRIR s dreams, favourites and experiences Who are your idols/heroes/heroines? My father is one of my idols. He s not perfect, but he s worked hard his entire life to provide for his wife and children. I can t name persons, but the traits I idolise are humor, wit, intelligence, skills, hard work, honesty and integrity. What are your goals in life? To maintain integrity in all aspects of my career and personal endeavors. I don t plan things ahead so I can t say what my goal is. I m going in the direction of providing for myself and others, and to build on that path so as to include others. What were your childhood dreams: I was deeply fascinated by the thought of becoming an astronaut. However, it turns out being weightless is not something my body agrees with, so I settled for engineering instead. Which is really my second childhood dream. Finding new ways of doing things - making things stronger, faster, lighter, cheaper, easier accessible etc. Better, in one word. Which values do you rank the highest? Integrity, honesty. Which childhood experience made the biggest impression on you? This is a really tough one! Being held upside down from the rail of a ferry on open waters was scary but immensely cool from my point of view. Did it a few times. Which was your greatest experience or moment? Achieving high marks in my finishing exam of engineering school after dealing with great loss in the family and having a troublesome work relationship with my co-writer of the project. The tension had been built up over months and months, and was released in one big moment. Happiest: My eldest son had been in an accident and had to pee through a tube. The day it was finally removed (after 5 weeks of pure agony), was probably the happiest and most relieved I will ever feel. I cried with joy and happiness. Funniest: Can t name one thing here. I have had so many funny moments and all of them ring clear and true in my mind. And honestly, most of them are of the type you should have been there. I thoroughly appreciate the specifics of a funny moment. Scariest: I was hit by a car a few times. One of them was when I was on a bike going 35 mph. I thought I might die that day. Obviously, I didn t. Proudest: The birth of my two sons. Made me proud of myself, and most certainly of my wife. Most dangerous: Going about 50 mph on my mountainbike without a scrap of safety gear on - on asphalt. Greatest sorrow: Losing my mother-in-law at a young age. Dealing with the emotional wreck together with my wife, who had just given birth to our first son a month prior. What is your favourite colour? Lime green, because it goes really well with black. The contrast and combination appeals to me, and always has. What is your favourite animal? Cats. They are so individual and so surprising. What is your favourite kind of food? Very different throughout my life, but these days I very much prefer tortilla wraps with lettuce/kale and all sorts of fresh ingredients. What is your favourite kind of music? Electronic and rock. Electronic is usually soothing to me, whereas rock gets me up and going. What is your favourite kind of car? Any car that is a beast without showing it. A so-called sleeper. I don t want to race, but I want to be able to get out of a sticky traffic situation when needed. What is your favourite kind of pet? Dog. My parents had a samoyed when I was younger. He was loving, cuddly and really friendly. A true loyal friend. What is your favourite time of year? Spring. The way everything comes to life and gives new air to ideas and dreams. I love it! What is your favourite book and/or author? I ve enjoyed quite a lot of books by Tor Nørretranders, a Danish author with a humorous way of presenting scientific findings and related areas. Met him on one occasion, and got his autograph in my favourite book by him: Det Generøse Menneske, which deals with people s motivation for altruism. What is your favourite movie and/or director? Probably The Shawshank Redemption. I m not usually a diehard fan of Stephen King, but this movie touches upon integrity and honesty and justice.
