1 (Tape 12 - Side A) 2 BYRON: (TALKING TO AN UNIDENTIFIED 3 PERSON) The pronunciation is DAVID KO-RESCH, KO- 4 RESCH. 5 WAYNE: Byron. 6 BYRON: Yes. Go ahead. 7 WAYNE: Ah, they say that if, ah, as soon 8 they, as soon as we bring the van back, ah, they're 9 going to send the next 2 out, so, I asked them to 10 bring the 2 children down to door and let me know and 11 I'll call you to bring the van. 12 BYRON: Very good. The van's ready so you 13 call us and-and we'll be waiting on your word. 14 WAYNE: Okay, ah, the connection is being 15 made. 16 BYRON: Good, thank you Wayne. (PAUSE) 17 BYRON: (TALKING WITH AN UNIDENTIFIED 18 PERSON) He's gonna call us when they want the van to 19 move. Okay. He's gonna call us when they want the 20 van to move. Okay. Two more kids to be sent out. 21 (PAUSE - 1 MINUTE) 22 (BACKGROUND NOISE - BYRON TALKING W/SOMEONE - 23 INAUDIBLE) 24 WAYNE: Byron. 25 BYRON: Yes, Wayne. Go ahead. 26 WAYNE: Ah, just wanted to chat with you a

1 little bit. 2 BYRON: Yes, sir. 3 WAYNE: You know, ah, we were listening to 4 that pastor that came on KRLV. He doesn't have any 5 idea what he's talking about. He says that he 6 understands and he knows the seven seals. 7 BYRON: From the Book of Revelations. 8 WAYNE: Yeah. 9 BYRON: Okay. 10 WAYNE: But, in the previous chapter 5, it 11 says, that an angel with a loud voice says that no 12 man can take the book out of God's hand and take the 13 seals off of that book except the lamb of God appears 14 and he prevails to take the book and reveal the 15 seals. There's no way that-that person on the radio 16 could be, ah, either a man in heaven, a man on earth 17 or man besieged under earth. 18 BYRON: Okay. 19 WAYNE: There's just no way. 20 BYRON: I understand. 21 WAYNE: He has no credentials to discuss 22 the seals and the proof of it is that when he gave 23 his explanation of the seal, he did not refer back to 24 a single prophecy in the Bible. And, Chapter 10 of 25 the Book of Revelations says that God's mysteries are 26 revealed to the servants of prophets.

1 BYRON: Okay. 2 WAYNE: So, in revealing and discussing the 3 opening of that book, the seven seals, if he has the 4 credential of being the lamb, that person is going to 5 teach the seven seals based on what was revealed and 6 discussed in the prophecy. 7 BYRON: Okay, I understand that. 8 WAYNE: There's nothing in the prophecies 9 about a rapture. There's nothing in the prophecy 10 about, ah, Christ coming in clouds of great glory. 11 It said the messiah comes as a sinner. 12 BYRON: Okay. Can I make a suggestion to 13 you Wayne. 14 WAYNE: Yes sir. 15 BYRON: Ah, obviously you are a very 16 learned man and you had, you have lived under a 17 strict doctrine and, ah, ah, some very significant 18 instructions. Your message to get out, as-as I 19 understand it is-is what, ah, David and yourself and 20 the rest of the followers there want. If you are not 21 comfortable with, ah, attempts made by whoever, is 22 the media is trying to contact, ah to be, ah, an 23 expert in the field. 24 WAYNE: Yes sir. 25 BYRON: Then this again, goes to the 26 importance of trying to work this out, so that you,

5 1 yourself or David, uhm, Steve, whoever, can be the 2 appropriate spokesman within the right setting and- 3 and you will have an opportunity to do that. We will 4 try to facilitate that for you, but it, that comes 5 with the ability of being able to resolve this and 6 give you your, your, your appropriate opportunity get 7 before the media. Do you see what I am saying. 8 WAYNE: Yes, ah. 9 BYRON: I can understand, uhm, the fact 10 that-that it would be very upsetting and I can agree 11 with the fact that it would be upsetting if you feel 12 that an individual who's giving what he feels is an 13 expert account of what you're trying to say. Nobody 14 can say it better than you. Okay. So that's-that's 15 what we need to do. We need to work this out 16 together with a common goal being giving you an 17 opportunity to put the word out as you want to do it. 18 Alright, so we're moving in that direction, and we'll 19 continue to move in that direction. Ah, but I 20 understand your concern. I have not heard, ah, the 21 news accounts because, frankly, it's been more 22 important for us to be on the line trying to make 23 sure that you and I can work these things out 24 smoothly. But, I-I understand what you're saying 25 and, ah, ah, I agree with it. Okay. 26 WAYNE: Just something for us to ah, think

1 about. 2 BYRON: Sure, no, I understand that. I 3 understand that completely. 4 WAYNE: I just want and hope that you'll 5 keep an open mind on the subject until you've learned 6 more about it. 7 BYRON: I'm-I'm anxious to do that. And, I 8 do have an open mind on it. And-And, ah, I 9 guarantee you that I will keep an open mind and will 10 do whatever I can to make sure that you and I can 11 explore this fully. I don't want anything to bring 12 this to a premature conclusion, okay. We need to 13 continue to work it until, we, ah, we bring everybody 14 out safely and we can explore these things in the 15 comfort of, ah, of a safe environment. 16 WAYNE: I appreciate that Byron, and, uhm, 17 I just hope that you'll be guided by the thoughts 18 that, ah, this isn't really worth anything but listen 19 to what a person says about his belief because that's 20 why the religious world is in such confusion. Even 21 within the same church, pastors disagree with each 22 other. 23 BYRON: I understand that. I've 24 experienced that as well. I know what you mean. 25 WAYNE: But when a message is-is taught and 26 it's based on the bible itself from the word of God

1 without interpretation, then a person can be 2 confident that the message has come from God. God's 3 word stays around for thousands of years, hasn't 4 changed every 2 years like the Texas penal code, or 5 the Texas family code. God hasn't had any need to 6 continue, ah, patching it up, changing it, and trying 7 to make it better. 8 BYRON: I couldn't agree with you more. 9 WAYNE: And the amazing thing is, after all 10 those thousands of years, suddenly someone appears on 11 the scene and has a perfect understanding of the 12 scriptures. What a great lost if he doesn't have an 13 opportunity to share what he knows. 14 BYRON: okay. That's-that's where your 15 job, and my job are the same. They're identical. We 16 need to facilitate making that a possibility. We 17 need to work together to make sure that he has that 18 opportunity. And you have the right to exercise that 19 opportunity. Okay. I know what you're saying and, 20 and, we're in total agreement with it. 21 WAYNE: Byron, David is talking to the BATF 22 right now. 23 BYRON: Okay. 24 WAYNE: He's promised as soon as he gets 25 off the phone he's going to, ah, send 2 more 26 children.

1 BYRON: Okay. As soon as he gets of the 2 phone, he's going to what. 3 WAYNE: He's gonna send 2 more. 4 BYRON: Okay. We will be ready to work 8 5 with ya, and, we'll do it exactly as we did the last 6 one. Is that okay. 7 WAYNE: That's okay. 8 BYRON: Very good. I'll stand-by for your 9 call. 10 WAYNE: Thank you. 11 BYRON: Okay, Wayne. 12 WAYNE: I'm here. 13 BYRON: Ah, I just got the word from the CP 14 that they're ready to send the van back in to pick-up 15 2 more children. Is that your understanding? 16 WAYNE: Yes, that's my understanding. 17 BYRON: Okay, are they ready? Are the kids 18 ready? 19 WAYNE: Ah, not yet, ah, he's on the, on 20 the line with the ATF right now. 21 BYRON: Very good. Let me know and, ah, 22 hold on just a moment. 23 BYRON: (TALKING TO AN UNIDENTIFIED PERSON) 24 Have we sent the van in or are we ready to send it 25 in. (DIRECTED TO WAYNE) The van is moving in your 26 direction now. And again, the same thing will be

carried out as we did before so that there's no offensive action or anything to, that should alarm, alarm you, okay. WAYNE: Okay. BYRON: Okay. I gonna stay on the line here and let me know. WAYNE: Okay, thank you. BYRON: Yes sir. (PAUSE - 45 SECONDS) (BACKGROUND NOISE - INAUDIBLE) BYRON: Wayne. Wayne, are you there? WAYNE: We're here. BYRON: Alright Wayne. Is the same lady gonna walk these 2 out. WAYNE: I don't know. BYRON: Okay. Please let us know. It might be good to make everything, ah, you know, as similar as we can so that it-it gets to be an absolute routine and there's no-no variation, no question and everybody comfortable with it. WAYNE: I'll pass it on. BYRON: Okay. Thank you. (PAUSE - 30 SECONDS) BYRON: (TALKING WITH AN UNIDENTIFIED PERSON) : There will be a lady, but he don't know it's the same one. I get the impression that it'll

10 1 be the same thing, but he didn't know if it was same 2 lady. Now they're ready to go according to, 3 according to Wayne, they're ready to go. 4 (PAUSE - 35 SECONDS) 5 (BACKGROUND NOISE) 6 BYRON: Wayne. 7 WAYNE: Yes, Byron. 8 BYRON: Okay, the van is ready to come in. 9 You tell us when you're ready to send the kids and 10 we'll move it into a position. 11 WAYNE: 10:4 12 BYRON: Okay. 13 WAYNE: Ah, Byron. 14 BYRON: Yes, Sir. 15 WAYNE: I've got (10 SECOND PAUSE), Byron 16 please stop that van. It came on our property. 17 BYRON: Okay. It apparently is going in to 18 turn around and be ready for the kids. It's not 19 gonna encroach on your property. 20 WAYNE: 10:4 21 BYRON: Okay. It's parked in front of the 22 guard shack is what we're being told. 23 WAYNE: Please ask it to wait. 24 BYRON: Okay. 25 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER #1: Please ask 26 it to wait.

11 1 WAYNE: Pass this on. 2 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER #2: They suggest 3 that the same, ah, woman bring the children. 4 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER #3: (YELLING) 5 They want the same woman to bring the children out. 6 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER #2: (YELLING) Is 7 that right. So that it's no confusion to them. They 8 want (INAUDIBLE) to take the kids out so that there 9 is no confusion. 10 (INAUDIBLE FOR 30 SECONDS) 11 WAYNE: Byron. 12 BYRON: Yes Sir. Go ahead. 13 WAYNE: Ah, we heard something on the 14 radio. 15 BYRON: What is that? 16 WAYNE: Ah, we heard that, we heard that 17 around 6:00 p.m. that, that, uhm, that three persons 18 tried to leave our building and were captured. 19 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER #4: (TALKING TO 20 WAYNE) One captured, one was killed and one was 21 wounded. 22 BYRON: I have - I have not heard that 2 3 Wayne. I haven't heard one way or the other. That's 24 news to me. Okay what we're trying to facilitate is 25 not - is a safe and voluntary exchange here. We're 2 6 trying to, ah, nobody trying to capture anybody,

12 1 alright. But I haven't heard about anything 2 happening like that at 6 o'clock. 3 WAYNE: We don't know anything about 4 anybody leaving our building. 5 BYRON: Okay, you know what was going on 6 about 6 o'clock though was the, uhm, when you and 7 Larry were working out the safe, ah, ah, exit of 8 that-that last ATF team that was that was the forward 9 most position which had, which was behind what, ah, 10 the dairy barn right. 11 WAYNE: Yes, we are aware of that. 12 BYRON: Okay, that's, they maybe confusing 13 that. You need to realize, and I'm sure you do, the 14 media is absolutely voracious as far as a trying to 15 get any information to put out on the air and one 16 station is in competition with the other. They're 17 liable to put stuff out that's absolutely frivolous. 18 And, you and I can't be, you know bouncing up and 19 down like a couple of yo-yos trying to keep up with - 20 with garbage that they might be putting out on the 21 air. So, please believe me, I'm not aware of that 22 having taken place and, that-that doesn't impact on 23 what you and I are working through right now. Have 24 those kids let the ah, have they headed towards the 25 van yet? Wayne. (PAUSE) Wayne are you there. 26 WAYNE: Not until David's off the phone.

13 1 BYRON: Not until what? 2 WAYNE: David is on the phone with the 3 BATF. 4 BYRON: Okay. Then they're gonna 5 coordinate when the kids are let, we're gonna to try 6 to the message to the van to just stay in place ready 7 for kids. 8 WAYNE: Thank you. 9 BYRON: Alright sir. 10 (PAUSE - 20 SECONDS) 11 BYRON: (TALKING W/AN UNIDENTIFIED PERSON) 12 Keep the van in place. David on the phone to ATF and 13 as soon as he's done they're gonna send the kids out. 14 Two more kids are ready to go. Two more kids are 15 ready to go. 16 (PAUSE - 1 MINUTE) 17 (BACKGROUND NOISE)(BYRON TALKING) 18 BYRON: Wayne, Wayne are you there. Wayne. 19 WAYNE: Yes. 20 BYRON: Okay, the van is at the guard post 21 waiting for the kids right now, okay. 22 UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: Alright. 23 BYRON: And, we've asked them to remain 24 there until you send the kids out. 25 WAYNE: Thank you. 26 BYRON: Yes sir.

(PAUSE - 2 MINUTES) (BACKGROUND NOISE - INAUDIBLE - BYRON TALKING W/SOMEONE) BYRON: Wayne. Wayne. WAYNE: Byron. BYRON: Yes, Sir. How are we doing on the second two kids. WAYNE: They're coming to the door. BYRON: Okay. (BYRON TALKING TO AN UNIDENTIFIED PERSON) They're coming to the door, now. BYRON: (TALKING TO WAYNE) The van is at the guard post, okay. Unless advised to contrary, we'll just leave it right there waiting as we did before. WAYNE: You can tell them now, they're coming to the door. BYRON: Okay. (PAUSE - 25 SECONDS) BYRON: (TALKING TO AN UNIDENTIFIED PERSON) Two more kids at the door. WAYNE: We hear a chopper. BYRON: Ah, they're not, they are not law enforcement chopper's, okay. And for your, I'm glad you brought that up. We got word that we have contacted the FAA and stressed that they need to, the Federal Aviation Administration needs to ensure the pilots in this area to steer clear of it because it's

15 1 causing problems for you, concerns for you, and it 2 sheds ah, sends the wrong message. It is not our 3 aircraft, it's not our helicopter, okay. 4 WAYNE: Yes, ah, 10:4. 5 BYRON: Okay. 6 (BACKGROUND NOISE - INAUDIBLE) 7 (BYRON TALKING TO SOMEONE) 8 (PAUSE - 45 SECONDS) 9 BYRON: Wayne, have the kids exited the 10 building yet? (PAUSE - 20 SECONDS) 11 WAYNE: Negative. 12 BYRON: Okay, we're still waiting for you. 13 Just let me know. 14 WAYNE: Okay. 15 BYRON: Okay. 16 (BACKGROUND NOISE - INAUDIBLE - BYRON TALKING) 17 (PAUSE - 2 MINUTES) 18 BYRON: Wayne. Wayne are you there, this 19 is Byron? 20 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: Yeah. 21 WAYNE: I'm here. 22 BYRON: Okay. I just want to let you know 23 that we have gotten the word to the CP and the CP is 24 trying to get in touch with, uhm, KRLD, to make sure 25 that they pronounciate, ah, KO-REESCH properly. 26 Okay.

16 1 WAYNE: It's KO-RESCH. 2 BYRON: Pardon me. 3 WAYNE: KO-RESCH. 4 BYRON: KO-RESCH, okay. We will make sure, 5 and I apologize for my ignorance of it, KO-RESCH. 6 WAYNE: (INAUDIBLE) 7 BYRON: Pardon me. 8 WAYNE: was the ancient conqueror of 9 Babylon, the King of Babylon. 10 BYRON: Okay. 11 WAYNE: The last days the Bible says that 12 Babylon is going to be conquered. It's gonna fall. 13 The prophets talk about a Cyrus on the last day. But 14 that's an english translation. The name comes from 15 media Persia Iran. The pronunciation is KO-RESCH. 16 BYRON: KO-RESCH. I understand. Okay, 17 I'll pass that along. Hold on just a moment will you 18 please. Have the kids-have the kids left yet. Have 19 the kids left yet, Wayne. 20 WAYNE: Negative 21 BYRON: Okay, hold on just a moment please. 22 (10 SECOND PAUSE) 23 WAYNE: The kids are here. 24 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER #1: Hold on. 25 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER #2: Hold on. 26 UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE SPEAKER: Wayne.

17 1 WAYNE: Yes. 2 UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE SPEAKER: Cece got the 3 two kids and she's on here way out now. 4 WAYNE: Tell her to hold up. 5 UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE SPEAKER: Hold up 6 (PAUSE - 30 SECONDS)(BACKGROUND NOISE - INAUDIBLE) 7 BYRON: Wayne. 8 WAYNE: They're ready. 9 BYRON: Okay, we're ready. If you go ahead 10 and send them out. 11 WAYNE: Okay, they're leaving. 12 BYRON: Okay, very good. Good job Wayne. 13 (PAUSE)(BACKGROUND NOISE - INAUDIBLE) 14 BYRON: Tell us when they are going out of 15 the door, will you please Wayne. 16 WAYNE: They're coming out now. 17 BYRON: (TALKING TO AN UNIDENTIFIED PERSON) 18 They're coming out now. 19 BYRON: (TALKING TO WAYNE) They're moving 20 the van forward to pick the kids up. They start 21 getting a little nervous. 22 WAYNE: They're coming 23 BYRON: (TALKING TO AN UNIDENTIFIED PERSON) 24 They're coming out now. 25 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: They're coming 26 out now.

18 1 (BACKGROUND NOISE - 20 SECONDS) 2 BYRON: Wayne. 3 WAYNE: Yes. 4 BYRON: Okay, are they - are they walking 5 to the van. 6 WAYNE: I'm sure they are. 7 BYRON: Okay. Are you in a position where 8 we can talk a little bit here. 9 WAYNE: Yes sir. 10 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: Get off the 11 phone. 12 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: (Talking to 13 Wayne) Get off the phone now. 14 BYRON: Okay. Ah, we're getting some 15 information that, ah, that David may be upset about 16 us talking to you, and that's the last thing we want 17 is to upset anybody. But we appreciate the way 18 you've be able to work with us on this thing. And we 19 would like to keep this line open, but we don't want 20 to make things worse, alright. 21 WAYNE: Alright. 22 BYRON: Can you please let us know, because 23 it would be, ah, Larry and I would prefer to be able 24 to stay on the line with you. 25 WAYNE: I'll check into it and, ah, get 26 back to you.

19 1 BYRON: Okay. If David, David was injured, 2 is that correct. Wayne. 3 WAYNE: I can't confirm that. 4 BYRON: Okay, I understand that, but, just 5 let me mention this. Ah, it may be in you all best 6 interest, everybody best interest if David is 7 injured, and I hope he's not seriously injured, but 8 if you can continue to carry out his, ah, ah, his 9 advice in conversation with us, that's what we would 10 like to continue to do. Okay. You're doing a good 11 job, we like to keep that going. 12 WAYNE: Okay. 13 BYRON: Okay, How are-how are the kids 14 doing. Are they out to the van yet. 15 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER #1: Where are 16 the kids? 17 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER #2: Where are 18 the kids? 19 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER #3: They already 20 went. 21 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER #2: HOW far. 22 WAYNE: They're on there way. 23 BYRON: Okay, very good. Talk me through 24 it, if you will again because I'm-I'm just sitting 25 here looking at a wall so I can't tell when they 26 actually get to the vehicle.

20 1 WAYNE: They're half way. 2 BYRON: Half way, good. (PAUSE) Hey, 3 Wayne, you guys are doing okay, huh. 4 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: Yes sir. 5 BYRON: okay. Please let, ah, David know 6 that we're not, we are not trying to do anything 7 behind his back but we would like to keep this 8 channel of communication opened, caused it's 9 obviously helping everybody out. Everybody. We're 10 not trying to undermine his authority or anything, 11 and, ah, we respect the, ah, the respect he obviously 12 has for you. 13 WAYNE: Alright, ah, I'll have to get back 14 to you. 15 BYRON: Okay. Keep me posted if you will 16 on the progress of the kids before you, ah, cut me 17 off here. 18 WAYNE: 10:4. 19 (BACKGROUND NOISE - NEWS REPORTS) 20 (PAUSE - 1 MINUTE) 21 BYRON: Wayne, can you see them yet, buddy, 22 are they in the van. 23 WAYNE: (TALKING W/AN UNIDENTIFIED PERSON) 24 Are they there? 25 WAYNE: (TALKING TO BYRON) Almost. 26 BYRON: Okay, thank you.

21 1 (BACKGROUND NOISE - INAUDIBLE) 2 (BYRON TALKING WITH SOMEONE) 3 (PAUSE - 30 SECONDS) 4 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: They're there. 5 BYRON: Did you say they're there. 6 WAYNE: The van is leaving with the 7 children. 8 BYRON: Very good. Okay, is the, ah, is 9 the mother on her way back to you safely. 10 (PAUSE - 30 SECONDS - INAUDIBLE) 11 WAYNE: No sign. 12 BYRON: Okay, we'll hold in with you. 13 WAYNE: They just reached the van 14 apparently. 15 BYRON: Okay, very good. I'll let, if I 16 hear something before hand, I'll let you know, but 17 the last I heard was that they're waiting for them at 18 the van Still. (PAUSE - 20 SECONDS)(BACKGROUND NOISE) 19 We're hearing that the kids just reach the van, 20 Wayne. 21 WAYNE: The van is leaving, she's 22 returning. 23 BYRON: Very good. Let me know when she's 24 safely back to the compound and we'll start working 25 on the next phase. You're doing a good job, Wayne. 26 That's why we need to-to leave this, ah,

22 1 communication open and hopefully you can convince 2 David that that's in everybody best interest, okay. 3 WAYNE: I'll have to report back to you. 4 BYRON: Okay. And the proper pronunciation 5 again is KO-RESCH. Is that right. 6 WAYNE: That's correct. 7 BYRON: Very good. Thank you. We'll be 8 standing by. 9 WAYNE: 10:04 10 BYRON: Wayne 11 WAYNE: Yes. 12 BYRON: I'm gonna step out and try to get a 13 drink and a little relief here. Larry's back so I'm 14 gonna put him on. 15 WAYNE: Okay 16 BYRON: okay, pal. Thanks again, you're 17 doing a good job buddy, hold on. 18 LARRY: Okay, Wayne, I'm back. Are you 19 okay? 20 WAYNE: I'm okay. How are you doing, 21 Larry. 22 LARRY: Well, I'm-I'm okay. I'll make it. 23 We'll gonna make it. Right. That's-that's what we're 24 headed for. We're doing very good, you, look what 25 we've accomplished. It's great, okay. We need to 26 keep moving in that direction. Now, are you gonna

23 1 get two more kids ready to go: 2 WAYNE: I'm going to check with, ah, David. 3 LARRY: Okay. Ah, Byron told you what was 4 requested, so let's try to keep it stressed to him 5 how vital it is to keep our communication link open, 6 okay. It is very vital to look to the outcome of 7 this situation, okay. Will you do that. 8 WAYNE: I can't promise you, I'll do that 9 though, I'll try. 10 LARRY: Okay. 11 WAYNE: Let me just get back to you in a 12 few minutes. 13 LARRY: Okay, we'll hang on, we're here. 14 (BACKGROUND NOISE - INAUDIBLE) 15 (THE END OF SIDE A - TAPE 12)

24 1 (Tape 12 - Side B) 2 (PAUSE - 1 MINUTE) 3 (BACKGROUND NOISE - SOMEONE TALKING) 4 LARRY: Wayne, Wayne. 5 WAYNE: Wayne here. 6 LARRY: Okay, I heard your beep so. Did 7 you make contact? 8 (PAUSE FOR 1 MINUTE) 9 LARRY: Wayne, are you back yet. 10 WAYNE: I'm here. 11 LARRY: Okay, were you able to make contact 12 with David. 13 WAYNE: No, I've been waiting for, ah, the 14 return of the mother and, ah, as soon as she's back 15 I'll make contact. 16 LARRY: Okay, okay. She should be there in 17 just a minute. Should be there in just a minute. 18 It's working well. We appreciate it. It's working 19 well, we're getting it done, okay. We're-we're 20 making, we're making progress. We're making 21 progress. That's the most important thing right now. 22 A successful completion of this. Are you gonna get a 23 couple more ready when the lady gets back. 24 WAYNE: I'm gonna make contact and get back 25 to you. 26 LARRY: Alright, we're gonna hang, okay.

25 1 WAYNE: Okay. 2 LARRY: Alright. 3 WAYNE: She's in and I'm going to, ah, take 4 a break here. 5 LARRY: Okay, that's fine. 6 WAYNE: Okay, I'll keep the line open. 7 LARRY: Please keep the line opened, 8 please. Okay, we're doing well, we're doing well. 9 Okay. 10 (PAUSE - 16 MINUTES) 11 (BACKGROUND NOISE - INAUDIBLE) 12 LARRY: Wayne. 13 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: Larry 14 LARRY: Yeah, you back Wayne. 15 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: No, he's not 16 back yet. He'll be back shortly. 17 LARRY: Oh, okay. Okay, ya doing okay. 18 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: Yeah, we're 19 just sitting here eating some, chicken a la king. 20 LARRY: Chicken a la king, okay, that's 21 good. 22 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: (INAUDIBLE) 23 (CHUCKLED WHILE TALKING) 24 LARRY: Pardon nun. Chicken a la king. Is 25 it out of a can 26 UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: (INAUDIBLE)

LARRY: Fresh hun. UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: (INAUDIBLE) LARRY: Okay, fresh chicken a la king. That's great. (PAUSE - 5 MINUTES) (BACKGROUND NOISE - INAUDIBLE) LARRY: Wayne.
