2 is a state of the art filming studio located in the heart of Surry Hills and just minutes from Sydney CBD and best of everything the city has to offer. With soundproofing and climate control air-conditioning, the studio comes complete with everything you need for your next production. We can also provide all levels of production and creative support at very reasonable rates. You will be surprised that a studio of this calibre exists in the heart of Sydney. From simple shoots to multi cam and VFX, this is a definite mustsee as it is much more than a studio. The studio even converts to a big screen surround sound cinema when required for film viewing or data projection, and comes complete with fully ducted silent air-conditioning endorsed by professional sound recordists. Rainford Street Studio has been designed by producer and owner, Rupert Le Poer Trench, who has over 20 years industry experience. His mission is to make this facility the best of its type in Sydney.

3 is a walk-in and walk-out studio. But it is much more than that. The studio dry hire includes: Studio space with a 9.05M long x 5.8M wide x 3.5M high white cyc with black out curtains. Separate make-up room Custom ducted silent air conditioning. Sound proofing - including double glazed front windows and lockable double acoustic door and suspended ceiling. In-roof studio grid lighting, with a simple one switch operation. 4 x 15 amp circuit to add more lights if required (lights not included). Green and black screen available on request. Projector cinema with 5.1 surround sound system and inputs to play your own music and connect devices data projection and playback of media, videos and films. Access to kitchen and bathroom Wi-Fi access Separate VIP lounge/green room (at addtional cost of $500 ex gst per day) 2 x Secure car parking spaces (at addional cost $50 per space per day)

5 TERMS & CONDITIONS The client accepts the full terms and conditions upon hiring Rainford Street Studio. All prices quoted do not include GST and are subject to change. Trading hours are 9am-5pm, extended hours are available upon request. Studio full day rate is based on 9am to 5pm. Early start (before 9am) and late finish (after 5pm) will incur additional fees. Overtime is charged at $150 per hour up to 9pm, after 9pm $200 per hour or part thereof. Bookings must be confirmed 48 hours (2 days) prior to shoot day via or in writing, payment in full prior to hiring by credit card or invoice, Cancellation of any booking after 48 hours confirmation will be charged the full fee Weekend and out of hours bookings may incur a bond. VnR Creative and Rainford Street Studio and its employees take no responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen property of the hirer or any other party. The hirer is liable for any damage caused to the studio and/or property within the studio. Cyc must be maintained in a similar condition prior to hire (if not a repaint cost may be charged) All items including props, sets products and clothing etc. must be removed from studio at end of hire day or storage fees will be charged. 3 Phase Power is available in the building and can be made available with at least one weeks notice. It is metered and charged at $25 per hour usage. VnR Creative and Rainford Street Studio accepts no liability for any courier deliveries. The studio is dry hire and all hirers are required to have their own current Public Liability insurance that adequately covers their personnel and activities at Rainford St. Acceptance of this agreement binds the hirer to these terms and conditions for all future studio bookings made with Rainford Street Studio.
