4 SHOWS IN THE HEIGHTS October 16-21, 2018 Raleigh Memorial Auditorium North Carolina Theatre Playbill From the creator of HAMILTON, IN THE HEIGHTS tells the universal story of a vibrant community in New York s Washington Heights neighborhood a place where the coffee from the corner bodega is light and sweet, the windows are always open and the breeze carries the rhythm of three generations of music. It s a community on the brink of change, full of hopes, dreams and pressures, where the biggest struggles can be deciding which traditions you take with you, and which ones you leave behind. JERSEY BOYS November 13-18, 2018 Raleigh Memorial Auditorium They were just four guys from Jersey, until they sang their very first note. They had a sound nobody had ever heard...and the radio just couldn t get enough of. But while their harmonies were perfect on stage, off stage it was a very different story a story that has made them an international sensation all over again. Featuring the legendary top ten hits Sherry, Big Girls Don t Cry, Walk Like A Man, Can t Take My Eyes Off You and December, 1963 (Oh What A Night). MAMMA MIA! February 12-17, 2019 Raleigh Memorial Auditorium The ultimate feel-good show! A mother. A daughter. Three possible dads. And a trip down the aisle you'll never forget! The story-telling magic of ABBA's timeless songs propels this enchanting tale of love, laughter and friendship, creating an unforgettable show. A large cast, non-stop laughs and explosive dance numbers combine to make a guaranteed smash. Featuring hits Dancing Queen, Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!, Take a Chance on Me and many more! THE KING AND I March 19-24, 2019 Raleigh Memorial Auditorium One of Rodgers & Hammerstein s finest works, THE KING AND I boasts a score which features such beloved classics as Getting To Know You, I Whistle a Happy Tune, Shall We Dance and Something Wonderful. Set in 1860 s Bangkok, the musical tells the story of the unconventional and tempestuous relationship that develops between the King of Siam and Anna Leonowens, a British schoolteacher whom the modernist King, in an imperialistic world, brings to Siam to teach his many wives and children. MURDER FOR TWO April 26-May 5, 2019 A.J. Fletcher Opera Theater Officer Moscowicz is a small town policeman with dreams of making it to detective. One fateful night, shots ring out at the surprise birthday party. With the nearest detective an hour away, Marcus jumps at the chance to prove his sleuthing skills with the help of his silent partner, Lou. But whodunit? The perfect blend of music, mayhem and murder! In this hilarious show, 2 performers play 13 roles not to mention the piano in a witty and winking homage to old-fashioned murder mysteries. You won t want to miss this killer musical comedy! ANNIE July 23-28, 2019 Raleigh Memorial Auditorium With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone's hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. She is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of a New York City Orphanage that is run by the cruel, embittered Miss Hannigan. With the help of the other girls in the Orphanage, Annie escapes to the wondrous world of NYC. In adventure after fun-filled adventure, Annie foils Miss Hannigan's evil schemes, befriends President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and finds a new home and family in billionaire, Oliver Warbucks.
