Striking architecture, flexible and innovative room concepts, the offer of one-of-a-kind experiences and a prominent location in the north of Munich: The BMW Group Event Forum provides the perfect stage for exclusive gatherings that want to be more than a mere event authentic experiences. The BMW Group Event Forum joins with BMW Welt, the BMW Museum and BMW Group Classic to present unique spatial concepts for highly individualized event experiences for up to 1,000 people. But it offers more than just an exclusive location for your event. Room area: 430 m ² (ground floor) 370 m ² (basement floor) Lighting technology: Basic lighting for the room and exhibition areas. Coloured lighting effects with moving lights possible. Please note that we are unable to control lighting conditions due to the glass construction. Audio technology: L-Acoustics Line Array (ground floor) and integrated loudspeakers (ground floor and basement). This architectural masterpiece is the symbol of BMW Welt, houses the permanent exhibition of the BMW Group and is particularly well-suited for festive occasions such as banquets, gala receptions with VIP approach, concerts, private viewings or readings. The curved Double Cone always offers an incomparable atmosphere. Video technology: Individually playable LED wall behind the stage. A continuous LED wall is located on the spiral staircase that can play available content. Stage technology: Staging requirements are planned individually and implemented using especially high-quality, mobile elements, including facing and floor covering.

6 BMW Group Event Forum / BMW Welt 6 AUDITORIUM. ONE ROOM, MANY POSSIBILITIES. Experience the heart of the BMW Group Event Forum: the Auditorium. Rightly described as a genuine miracle of spatial design. From a level banqueting hall to a cinema or congress hall with terraced seating, the Auditorium s flexible spatial topography -- depending on your requirements -- offers a virtually unlimited number of different options for the greatest variety of events. At the front of the Auditorium, you ll find a spacious Foyer at your disposal, which you can also use for your event on request, for example to stage impressive receptions or exquisite catering. INFORMATION. BMW Welt. Auditorium. Room area: 945 m ² (only hall) Lighting technology: Lighting control system and dimmer system ensure custom illumination. From congress lighting to show lighting, everything you need is at hand. Audio technology: L-Acoustics Line Array and monitors. The position of the sound system can be variably adjusted. Mixing consoles for monitor systems and high quality mixes are available Video technology: Flexible forward and rear projection options in HDTV. Flexible feed system. Camera production unit, preview system, monitor observation system and editing suite are available. The signal can be transmitted locally. Stage technology: The 22 hall podiums and four stage podiums support every imaginable stage configuration and layout.

If you re looking for a modern setting and maximum functionality for your conference, you ll be in good hands at the Business Center. You have a choice of two different sized conference rooms, which can be subdivided into two smaller rooms, as needed. Ideal for presentations and conferences with large numbers of participants and for more intimate gatherings. Ultra-modern media and conference technology is a matter-of-course, as is the array of professional services. If you rent out the Business Center exclusively, you also have the option of reserving the Foyer for your event alone. What s more, our Indoor and Outdoor Terraces are at your disposal throughout your event in the Business Center. Spoil your guests with sophisticated catering in an inviting atmosphere. INFORMATION. The projection screens are motor-driven. Stage technology: Not permanently installed, use of mobile stage elements when necessary.

The adjacent Business Center Foyer can also be reserved, though exclusivity can only be guaranteed when the entire Business Center is rented out. The terraces (indoor / outdoor) are typically used as a catering area and are made available free-of-charge during the same time as the Business Center is being used. From top-level meetings to exclusive fireside chats, your guests can expect something very special here. Elegance and clear design create an atmosphere conducive to relaxed yet concentrated work. A modern and functional conference table is as much a part of the furnishing as a corner seating area built into the room. The culinary delights of the EssZimmer Restaurant, which is available to you and your guests on request, rounds off the exclusive atmosphere. The Business Club: a treat for all your senses. 12 PREMIUM LOUNGE. A CENTREPIECE VENUE FOR HOSTING VERY SPECIAL EVENINGS. The Premium Lounge is one of the centrepieces of BMW Welt, and seems to be almost hovering in the midst of the awardwinning architecture. The sophisticated ambience, with its laid-back yet classy feel, welcomes every guest like a friend. From here your guests get to enjoy a breath-taking view as well not just of the Premiere area, but also of Munich with its famous landmarks. During the day, the Premium Lounge is reserved exclusively for customers who have come from far and wide to collect their new car, but you can also hire it as a very special venue for an evening event. First-class cuisine and excellent service provide the ideal finishing touches to an exquisite setting that few of your number will forget in a hurry. The Premium Lounge is one example of how the special areas in BMW Welt can be offered as event spaces after prior consultation. Whether it s for an exclusive dinner, an inspiring get-together or even a club ambience complete with DJ and dance floor, in the Premium Lounge you and your guests will enjoy an evening imbued with genuine flair at the heart of BMW Welt.
