2 LONG TITLE: The Lord Mayor and Members of Dublin City Council (hereinafter referred to as The Council ) in exercise of the powers vested in them by the provisions of The Casual Trading Act, 1995 as amended and all other enabling statutory powers hereby make the following Bye-Laws for the fees relating to Casual Trading in the administrative area of Dublin City Council PRELIMINARY NO. I NO. 2 NO. 3 SHORT TITLE: These Bye-Laws may be cited as the Dublin City Council Casual Trading (Fees) Bye-Laws AREA OF APPLICATION: These Bye-Laws apply to the administrative area of Dublin City Council. COMMENCEMENT DATE: These Bye-Laws shall come into effect on the 24th day of October NO. 4 REVOCATION: The Dublin City Council Casual Trading (Fees) Bye-Laws 2013 made by the Council on the 4th day of March 2013 are hereby revoked as and from the commencement date of the 24th day of October 2018.

Where the expected attendance is more than 5,000 people, applications should be made to the Casual Trading Section, Dublin City Council no less than 3 months prior to the proposed date of market.
