3 PETER LANCETT Peter is the writer/director and co-producer of feature film, THE XLITHERMAN, currently completing post-production. THE XLITHERMAN is to be distributed worldwide and will hit the film festival circuit. Under the Golden Dawn Films logo, his film THE RAVENMOCKER is now in preproduction. As well as writing/producing/directing for film, Peter Lancett is also established in the publishing world as an award-winning writer, with a slew of writing credits to his name, (including novels THE SHADOWMASTERS Parts 1 and 2, THE IRON MAIDEN, SEEING RED, GUN DOG, and the illustrated DARK MAN series). Until 2008, Peter was the commissioning/series editor for the CUTTING EDGE series of novels, published by UK based Ransom Publishing. Currently commissioned to write feature film TAPU LAND by New Zealand based MovieWorks. TERESA SCHAEFFER Teresa s screen credits include, I DRINK ALONE, which is now in post-production & THE LURKING. She is also established in the publishing world, with two international selling novels to her name, plus two other published works. Under the Golden Dawn Films logo, her film THE RAVENMOCKER is now in preproduction. Currently commissioned to write feature film TAPULAND by New Zealand based MovieWorks. She is also working alongside her partner, Peter Lancett on two television pilots and one other feature film for other independent production companies.

4 ...six teenagers - one with a forgotten past - and a haunted house... what could possibly go wrong?... There's an old house that's been empty a while, but now it's open for business. Six teenagers find themselves alone in the house on Halloween. One of these teenagers - Jay - has a forgotten history that involves this house. One by one the teens are brutally murdered as the secrets of their relationships with each other are revealed. Jay must face up to his past to see his destiny - but will that stop the killing?

5 Pennsylvania. A house in the middle of nowhere. Dilapidated. Haunted of course at least that s what people say. And a hard-pressed young mother living there - struggling to make ends meet - is brutally raped and murdered one Halloween by stoner teens disappointed at the poor show on display. Move forward thirteen years. We follow six local teenagers. There s angstridden Jay, and Samantha the cheerleader. There s stoner Alex, and he s been going out with wannabe-goth princess Roz for quite a while now. Then there s Matt and Shasta. Wow. Good old steady Matt, who loves Shasta like he couldn t breathe without her. And Shasta the town bike, who s stayed longer with Matt than with any guy in her past. When a mysterious hand-written flyer appears, advertising Halloween thrills at a haunted house out of town, the kids decide to check it out. Anything would be better than the commercial events that dot the area. BORING! Then, everything is boring to this generation, right? Come the night and our kids are the only ones at this place. What a bust! And it s just a run down house with pumpkin lanterns and some cheap manikins dotted around. Might as well stay and have some fun here though. Alex has some good stuff with him, and some beers his dad gave him. Shasta is turned on by the idea of making out in a haunted house. You can imagine the fun they re all having after only a little while. But are they truly alone? A good question. Seems someone is watching them. Someone they can never quite find is freaking them out. Is this just part of the entertainment after all? Then another question. Why does Jay find himself in touch with this place, with this house? What mystery lies in Jay s past that he cannot bring to memory? One by one, these teens are murdered as the night progresses. Terror builds on terror until Jay is forced to confront a past that is urging him to re-live it. Charnel House - where the nightmare never ends. You don t want to go there.

8 DISTRIBUTION OF REVENUES Sales from the motion picture will be derived from domestic and foreign theatrical distribution, sales to television, as well as money making ancillary rights, such as pay cable, soundtrack recordings, etc. Revenues received by the distribution company = the gross film receipts. General Partner = the producers Limited Partner(s) = the investor(s) Gross film receipts will be subject to distribution and merchandising costs (usually prints and advertising), as well as distributor s percentage (as much as fifty percent). After these deductions the gross film receipts shall equal net film receipts and shall be subject to production costs beyond the production financing limited partnership investment capital, such as loans, extended credit and deferred payments to talent and technical facilities; and partnership overhead expenses. After the foregoing deductions, the balance of net film receipts shall equal partnership distributable cash for the production financing partnership, and will be distributed [100%] to the limited partner(s) until their initial investment is recouped. Thereafter, partnership distributable cash shall be distributed [50%] to the limited partner(s) and [50%] to the general partner.

9 BUDGET Shooting in High Definition with a limited number of actors and locations means that Charnel House can be shot quickly and inexpensively. Golden Dawn Films owns the equipment necessary to shoot and edit this featurelength project, locations can be acquired for minimal cost, and using unknown actors on partially deferred salary contracts seals the deal. Golden Dawn Films is seeking to raise $30,000 dollars in equity financing to complete this project. Minimum investment blocks are $2000 and investors at this level will recieve a name credit on the picture under: "With thanks to..." Investors who put in $5,000 or more will get a "Produced by" credit. Investors who put in $10,000 or more will get an "Executive Producer credit. Movies at this budget level with good stories, well executed have traditionally made many times their budgets in sales, where, for example, the sale of DVD rights to only two overseas territories would come close to recouping production costs in full. The Xlitherman, written, produced and directed by Golden Dawn Flims' Peter Lancett is being taken to the Cannes Film Festival market and was produced on a budget even smaller than the one required for Charnel House. Charnel House represents an excellent opportunity to become involved in movie production investment for very little financial risk. Obviously, as with any investment, past performance can be no guarantee of what will happen with this particular project. You should always consult your financial advisor.
