Tickets can also be exchanged: By Fax: A ticket exchange form must accompany the order. Print and complete the form and fax it along with a photocopy of your tickets to The barcode on your original tickets will become invalid once your exchange is made, and you will receive replacement tickets with a new barcode. We must receive your ticket exchange 72 hours before the performance date on your tickets. Weekend tickets must be received by 3:00 pm on the Wednesday prior. All fax exchanges will be mailed to you unless otherwise indicated by Broadway in New Orleans or they may be picked up at the theater box office beginning one hour prior to curtain.
