3 SKIPPY JON JONES SNOW WHAT October 20 East GR High School PAC Mirror mirror on the wall, who is the bravest Chihuahua of them all? Skippyjon Jones the Siamese cat who thinks he's a dog. While his sisters listen to Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, Skippy bounces on his big-boy bed and heads off for the REAL adventure awaiting him in his closet. An all-new musical based on the book by Judy Schachner. Recommended for Grades PreK - 3 Communication and Language Arts, Literature-Based, Music, Relationships & Family THE WRIGHT STUFF November 15 & 16 Entry to the Museum and all exhibits will be free with Circle Presents ticket purchase. Having lost their way on a cross country flight, Wilbur and Orville Wright make an emergency landing in the theater. To introduce themselves to the audience, the brothers reenact the story of their great accomplishment. The story then turns to their fascination with flight. The musical comes to a climax as the brothers construct the first airplane and recreate their historic 12-second flight right before your very eyes. Recommended for Grades K - 6 STEM (strategies behind inventions and experiments); Common Core in ELA/literacy Biography, Informational Reading; Values (Fairness, Perseverance, Teamwork) THE GEORGE WASHINGTON FOLLIES January 24 & 25 Entry to the Museum and all exhibits will be free with Circle Presents ticket purchase. It is April 30th, 1789, inauguration day for the first President of the United States, George Washington. He is both nervous and exhausted having been up all night worrying about this new position of leadership. After all, there has never been a President before, and his leadership skills have been limited to the military. He begins to dose off. In this dream state, he is visited by King Charlemagne, Cleopatra and Confucius. Presented by Face to Face Productions, each of these characters shares their leadership qualities and philosophies with George. With the help of these leaders, George is able to better understand how to lead a nation of the people, by the people, and for the people, in this musical comedy. Jimmy Biddle never strays from his routine. That is, until the groovy blue cat moves in with The Biddles for the summer. Can cat and boy ever be friends? When Jimmy draws a blank in art class, Pete's the perfect pal to lead the mission to help Jimmy find his inspiration. Join Jimmy and Pete on a new adventure of friendship, all the way to Paris and back again in a VW Bus. Based on the beloved PETE THE CAT book series by James Dean. Recommended for Grades 2-12 Music, Reading, Science, History, Family, Environment, Social Skills, Multi-Cultural EDISON: THE WIZARD OF MENLO PARK April 18 & 19 Entry to the Museum and all exhibits will be free with Circle Presents ticket purchase. In this electrifying musical, the character of Spark (of Inspiration) and Edison take students on an exploration of the inventor s greatest achievements. First stop, the phonograph. Students become a living phonograph making their own recording.the pair then explain the challenges of developing the first light bulb. Edison enlists the help of students to become elements of an electrical circuit. Recommended for Grades K - 6 STEM (sound, electricity, process of inventing); Development of problem-solving skills; Common Core in ELA/literacy Biography; Values (Perseverance, Teamwork)

Call the Circle Theatre Box Office at (616) to place your ticket reservation (Hours: Monday - Friday, 12PM - 5PM) Fill out the attached Circle Presents Ticket Reservation Form.
