The ASB Waterfront Theatre complex offers a number of versatile event spaces perfect for your next function or event, with state-of-the-art in-house staging and production facilities the ASB Waterfront Theatre is Auckland s newest premier function venue. ASB Waterfront Theatre is the home of Auckland Theatre Company one of New Zealand s leading theatre companies who present a main bill season to over 75,000 people from throughout Auckland and whose work is seen throughout the country. 1

Our in-house catering team, led by Head Chef Brian Sewell and Director of Guest Experience Geeling Ching will ensure that your guests enjoy the finest culinary experience. Functions Our in-house caterer is the preferred operator for all food and beverage. Beverage Villa Maria Wines has pourage rights for all wine sold at the bar, the Café and served at functions. 6

7 AUDIO VISUAL ASB Waterfront theatre has an in house staging and audio visual department to assist you with all your Audio Visual requirements. There are street and car parking locations in the Wynyard Quarter. Follow this link for car parking locations and public transport information. Customer Parking The Wynyard Quarter has several car parks and the large Downtown car park is 10-minutes walk through the Viaduct. Follow this link for car parking locations and public transport information. ATC has evening and weekend access to a car park in Brigham Street, five minutes walk from the ASB Waterfront Theatre. ATC sells these parks to patrons as part of the ticket transaction. Pack-in & Pack-out Managed access for trucks with sets and equipment can be accommodated in the shared driveway. 8 NAMING RIGHTS Naming Requirements ASB has the naming rights of the ASB Waterfront Theatre. Accordingly, the theatre must always be referred to with the ASB ; there are no exceptions permissible. Use of the official logo of the ASB Waterfront Theatre, as shown below, is mandatory in all advertising, programmes and other places the name of the venue is shown. As the naming rights sponsor of the function room, the Villa Maria Gallery must always be referred to as the Villa Maria Gallery ; there are no exceptions permissible. As the naming rights sponsor of the Level 1 main foyer, the AUT Atrium must always be referred to as the AUT Atrium ; there are no exceptions permissible. Failure to comply with the naming rights requirements in any instance will be a breach of the hire contract. 8
