Rehearsals are usually Mondays through Thursdays from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with some weekend rehearsals scheduled as needed. First cast meeting is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 8 th, dates and times are: March 10, 15, 16, 17, 23 & 24 at 8pm. 5 IN THE HEIGHTS AUDITION INFORMATION SHEET Welcome, and thank you for auditioning. Please do the following: relax, smile, breathe, ask questions, and most of all have fun auditioning. This show is a musical and will be directed by Scott Maraj. No roles are pre-cast or double-cast. You must be available for all performances. Stage 1 Theatre is a non-profit organization. We exist due to the many hours and efforts of our wonderful volunteer base and Board of Directors. Because of this, the cast of this show will be asked to work on the mandatory set strike on Sunday, March 25th. You may also be asked to provide your own make-up, shoes and special personal costume pieces. Callbacks by invitation: Sunday, Dec. 17th from 6-10pm Newark Memorial Theatre- Theatre You will be notified by /phone by Friday Dec. 15th if you are required to attend callbacks (not everyone will be called back). Please write clearly your home or cell phone number(s) and address on the Audition Form of where we can reach you in person or leave a message. Those who are cast will be contacted within one week of callbacks.
