1 Birthday Party screening & function options for children Attend a public session of a current film and let us know what your preferred screening time is we will try and screen it as close as possible to the desired time. Regular ticket pricing applies. Cinema private hire (Benwell Theatre up to 44 seats) Minimum hire for morning sessions $150 (includes up to 15 child admits) Minimum hire for early afternoon sessions $250 (includes up to 25 child admits) Cinema hire for afternoon sessions (after 2pm) during weekends, public / school holidays $440 Additional admits $10 per child Larger theatres available on request. General terms & conditions Movie choices include any film we are currently playing or BYO bluray disc. Cinema hires are generally not available during school holidays and long weekends (negotiable). Morning screenings to start around 10am and should end around 12pm. Afternoon screenings to start around 12pm / end around 2pm, or as negotiated. Runtime for films must not exceed 120 minutes (overtime charges may apply). Bookings must be confirmed in writing. Movie snack combo $6 per person includes any two items Small Popcorn Bottled mineral water or a fizzy drink Single scoop ice cream in a tub Or choose any other items from our concessions bar and ask us for a quote. Party Room with Catering Package $150 for up to 15 children (additional guests $10 per person). Includes includes party room, tables, chairs, and table settings (plates, small forks, drinking glasses), coloured lights, balloons and happy birthday bunting, plus our lunch party catering food as outlined below. Please let us know if you have any special requests or dietary requirements (pricing may change depending on requests). Vegan and Gluten Free options are available but could mean a change in menu options and / or pricing. Optional Extras BYO birthday cake ( please bring own candles and knife ) BYO party music please bring your own media player, smart phone, Ipod or laptop, to plug into our sound system (via regular mini stereo jack / aux cable) or bring us your music on a USB drive or CD the day before and we can load it onto our player) Private screening and function options also available for adults

2 Movie Fundraiser (MFR) Functions : Cinema hire: $10 pp plus a choice of concession item* $5 pp = total of $15 per person for discounted group ticket plus an item Scenario: The fundraising party sells tickets to the event for $25 per admission ticket, making a profit of $10 per person. The customers feel they are getting good value for their money; not only is a movie ticket plus a concession item around the same price as they would spend at other cinemas, but they are also helping to raise funds for a good cause. We suggest you also run a raffle on the day of the screening to maximise your fundraising opportunity. Potential funds raised with a full house of 180 seats in the Victoria Theatre and a raffle return could be $2,000 + Theatres / minimum numbers / capacity: Benwell Theatre: minimum 44 people / capacity 44 seats Albert Theatre: minimum 80 people / capacity 114 seats Victoria Theatre: minimum 100 people / capacity 180 seats *Special concession item options include either Alcoholic beverage (wine, beer, cider not including sparkling or premium wines) or Popcorn (any size) or Non alcoholic drink (any water, juice, soft drink) or Ice cream (from our range of choc top ice creams) MFR General terms & conditions Cinema hires are generally not available during school holidays but could be negotiated. Fundraising screenings to be around 8pm on weekdays, preferably Monday, Wednesday or Thursday Overtime charges may apply for features with a runtime of more than 120 minutes Movie options include, subject to availability: Any current and in season movie which is currently screening in New Zealand Any film currently screening at The Vic Pre release screenings of films that have not yet been released in NZ provided they have already premiered elsewhere in the world and are available Any special interest films or films from independent filmmakers Bring your own Film (minimum Bluray quality) The minimum number of people required may change according to the costs associated with obtaining and exhibiting the chosen film. 3 Cast & Crew Screenings (CCS) Cinema hire rate card $7.50 per person/per seat (for feature film up to 120 min) $4.50 per person/per seat (for short film up to 60 min) Minimum number of seats charged per event Benwell Theatre: minimum 40 (capacity 44) Albert Theatre: minimum 80 (capacity 114) Victoria Theatre: minimum 100 (capacity 180) Ticketing We could sell low priced tickets for you to help cover the cost of the cinema hire. Ticket sales attract an inside charge of $1.50 per ticket sold to cover such costs as credit card and bank charges, printing and administration costs. The Vic Lounge The Vic Lounge is our social space and holds up to 80 people (120 including the outside area). It is fully licensed and offers food, drinks and cocktails. A perfect space to meet and greet and to reconvene after the show. We could put together a food and drink catering package on request or offer. We also offer yummy espresso coffee, refreshing soft drinks and juices and snacks if it s too early for drinks and could design a suitable specials board for the occasion. Drink and food specials available on request (minimum bar take applies) Overtime charges may apply for any films with a runtime of more that 120min. Movie files to be supplied to cinema 48 hours prior for testing. (up to 30min of projectionist time included for testing) Any extra costs associated with testing and exhibiting non DCP formated films (if any) are at the expense of the hirer

4 Corporate Functions Cinema hire (Monday to Thursday) 1. for screening functions including movie hire $10 to $12 per person/per seat (depending on movie choice) 2. for screening or other functions (excluding movie hire) $7.50 to $9.50 per person/per seat Cinema hire (Friday to Sunday) 3. for screening functions including movie hire $12 to $15 per person/per seat 4. for screening or other functions (excluding movie hire) $10 per person/per seat Minimum number of seats charged per event is 100 for the Albert Theatre (capacity 114) or 150 for the Victoria Theatre (capacity 180) Movie snack combo $6 per person includes any two items Small Popcorn Bottled mineral water or canned fizzy drink Single scoop ice cream in a tub or put together your own package and we ll price it up for you. Options can include coffee and tea, soft drinks, juices, wine or beer, choc top ice creams, popcorn, chocolates, lollie bags, chips and nuts or anything else you might fancy. 5 The Vic Lounge Hire Venue The Vic Lounge is our social space and holds up to 80 people (or 120 including the outside area). It is fully licensed and offers food, drinks and cocktails. We also have a kitchen and offer catering fingerfood, platters, or buffet style. Please ask us for the catering menu. Hire There is no hire fee for The Vic Lounge, however there is a minimum bar tab of $1,200. This gives you exclusive access to the bar for your desired event. Catering is an additional cost and can be tailored to your event fully catered or finger food, whatever suits the style of your event. Please just ask for the catering menu. An in house projector which can project on the back wall of the bar is available for use. This is an additional cost of $150, which covers the projector use and technical operator.
