We shall recruit talented and accomplished collaborators as well as diverse international artists to direct the 48 individual frames. Surrounding the painting event, there will be various musical, theatrical, and performances. Diplomatic partners will be engaged to help arrange supporting events, seminars, and presentations. The finished film will include a making of documentary. All profits will be shared between families of victims in NY and civilian casualties of military action in Afghanistan. Potential of including 30K + people during events with even more watching through online simulcasts and broadcasting; documentary release and ancillary artwork will reach further audiences. Mini-documentaries will be made about the collective effort to be edited into a master documentary. Individuals may support different projects (by interest, issue, concept, artist, etc.) virtually via the online community. Each of the 111 projects will have a local event leader and will produce either 12 or 24 finished frames to be animated. Results will produce between 1,332 to 2,664 paintings, and 111 seconds of animation. Floor Returns: 111 events in different parts of the world that bring together millions of people to creatively address regional issues. 1,332-2,664 giant paintings to be animated into 111 seconds of film and auctioned for charity when film tour is completed.
