1 SINGAPORE NATIONALS 2017 GSOUL Photoshoot Information Sheet Fitness Movement League has arranged for GSOUL to take photoshoots in Singapore with athletes right after Nationals from 23 to 25 October GSOUL is a top Korean physique photographer well known in our sport. You can see examples of his work at FM League is offering this opportunity as a benefit to its athletes. Priority will be given to FM League athletes, provided they book in a timely manner. In addition, FM League is providing a subsidy for its athletes. How to make a Booking While the photoshoots are timed to cater to athletes in Nationals, you must book the photoshoot separately from your Nationals application. Bookings are also open to the general public. 1. Complete and Sign the Booking Form, and to info@fmleague.co. 2. Wait for confirmation from info@fmleague.co on whether there are slots left and if you should pay the Full Rate or the Subsidised Rate. 3. Within 5 days, make full Pre-Payment via local Singapore bank transfer to the OCBC account stated AND submit a screenshot of your online bank transfer or scan of ATM deposit slip to info@fmleague.co. 4. Wait for confirmation from info@fmleague.co of receipt of your payment. At this point you have a Confirmed Booking. 5. By late August, you will be assigned a Time Slot based on your preference indicated in the Booking Form. The earlier you complete Step 3, the more likely you are to get a slot you prefer. Pre-Payment You must make full Pre-Payment in order to hold your slot. GSOUL s policy in Seoul is full prepayment as he is heavily booked, and we follow his policy here. Cancellations are not allowed. There is no refund. However, if you must cancel you should inform us at info@fmleague.co no later than 15 September 2017 and earlier if possible. If and only if we are able to find another taker for your slot, we will refund your Pre-Payment minus an administrative fee. You cannot sell or transfer your slot to someone else. To avoid scalping of slots, you can only cancel and wait for us to fill the slot. You can volunteer a person willing to replace you, but we are not bound to accept the replacement, especially if we believe scalping is involved or there was an attempt to use someone in a higher priority group to make a booking for someone else. If FM League decides, in its absolute discretion, to leave the slot empty, you will not get any refund. GSOUL is still paid for an empty slot. If at the last minute you are suddenly free again, you can walk into the shoot as the slot will remain booked for you. You paid for it and you re not getting a refund, so it s your slot until the very end. You can do a photoshoot in work clothes if your physique is not ready. If you book a Group Shoot, you must specify all the individuals in the photoshoot. If someone drops out from the group, the remaining members take the shoot. If you have a two-concept Group Shoot for six people, but end up with only one person left, that one person takes the shoot, essentially becoming a two-concept Individual Shoot. You do not get a refund on the difference in pricing from the Group Shoot and Individual Shoot. Nationals 2017 GSOUL Info Sheet & Booking Form Page 1 of 5

2 Priority Priority is given to Singapore athletes in FM League. For those who submit their Booking Form within a certain timeframe, priority will be in the following order: 1. Singapore athletes in Good Standing who have applied for Nationals Singapore athletes in Good Standing who competed with FM League within the past 12 months 3. Singapore athletes in Good Standing who competed with FM League within the past 13 to 36 months 4. Other athletes in the sport 5. Members of the General Public with no competitive history in the sport Athletes in Good Standing Athletes that have been active in FM League and have not broken any of FM League s rules or Code of Conduct. If you are not an Athlete in Good Standing, please do not select the Subsidised Rate option in the Booking Form. Subsidy The subsidy is only available for: 1. Singapore athletes in Good Standing who have applied for Nationals Singapore athletes in Good Standing who competed with FM League within the past 12 months However, we will grant the Subsidised Rate on a case-by-case basis at FM League s absolute discretion. If your application for the Subsidised Rate is rejected, you can still take a photoshoot at the higher Full Rate. For Group Shoots, all individuals in the shoot should fulfill the criteria above to apply for the Subsidised Rate. Only under exceptional circumstances will we waive this requirement. If you do not qualify as a group for the Subsidised Rate, you can still take a photoshoot at the higher Full Rate. For those booking multiple shoots, say one Individual and one Group, it is possible to get the Subsidised Rate for both those shoots, but this is handled on a case-by-case basis. If the same individuals are appearing in various shoots, then we may only approve the Subsidised Rate for one of the shoots. In effect, we may limit how often any one individual can get subsidised. General Public & Independent Bookings Based on initial feedback, slots will go fast. This will likely limit the slots available to the general public. We will maximise the number of slots available based on the number of working hours in a day and number of days in Singapore agreed with GSOUL. FM League has agreed with GSOUL that he will not take any outside bookings during this trip to Singapore and he will not extend his stay in Singapore to take photoshoots with individuals not booking through FM League. Deadline for Booking There is no deadline for booking. We will take bookings until all slots are filled. For those with a lower priority, we will wait longer to confirm the booking in case a higher priority booking comes in. But we will not wait indefinitely for athletes to book. If you are applying in early July, please wait a while for the confirmation in Step 2 as we will hold the Booking Forms until a certain number have come in and we prioritise them. Confirmed Booking You are not guaranteed a slot until Step 4 is complete and you have a Confirmed Booking. You must complete Step 3 within 5 days or we may release the slot. Group Shoot The Group Shoot for 3 to 6 people is for 3, 4, 5 or 6 people. Not 7, not 8. Nationals 2017 GSOUL Info Sheet & Booking Form Page 2 of 5

3 Time Slots We cannot guarantee the date or time of day for anyone. You will be informed of your slot before 31 August If you cannot make that slot, we will try to arrange a swap with someone, but no guarantees. There are no time slots in the evenings, after work hours. Indicate your preferences in the Booking Form, but if your preferences are very narrow we will likely ignore your request and assign a random slot. Slots on Monday 23 October are in very high demand, with priority going to Nationals 2017 athletes. Concepts Each photoshoot includes 2 to 4 concepts. Each concept is a change of clothing. So, if you have a two-concept individual or group shoot, bring two changes of clothing. It can be underwear, swimwear, competition wear, casual wear, jeans only, formal wear, Halloween costumes, etc. Each set of clothes is one concept. GSOUL may also vary the background between concepts depending on what is available in the studio. You can purchase additional photos from your 2-concept individual/group shoot or your 4-concept individual shoot. It is not advisable to get too many as the photos will look very similar. The extra finished photos come from the same set of photos, so there is a limit to the variety possible. There is no limit on the number of extra photos you can purchase, but we recommend against getting too many. Length of Shoot Individual Shoots last either 45 or 90 minutes. Group Shoots (2 and 3 6) last 45 minutes. These are estimates for the maximum time it takes to complete shooting the number of concepts. It will usually take less time than that. So, if GSOUL says at 30 minutes you are done, then you are done. Period. Extending a Shoot There is no such option. Whatever you book, that s what you get. GSOUL will be booked back-to-back all day, and the number of hours he will work in a day is capped. Book what you want now. If you are interested in a shoot that lasts longer than 90 minutes, we can contact us and we may have an option. But once you book, that s it. Preparing for a Shoot Other than being in photoshoot-ready condition, you should arrive about 20 minutes before your shoot to have time to change and pump up. (No, we do not provide weights or bands.) Prior to the shoot, you may want to visit a hairstylist and a make-up artist. It is common practice for both Korean men and women to go to a hair stylist and a make-up artist before shooting with GSOUL in his Seoul studio. But this is entirely up to you. If and only if there is enough interest for men, we can try to identify and recommend good make-up artists. Indicate your interest in the Booking Form. Location of Shoot The photoshoot will be conducted in a studio in Singapore. The exact location will be sent closer to the date to those who have Confirmed Bookings. Administration There is a significant administrative burden in coordinating this kind of photoshoot opportunity for athletes. We cannot entertain people trying to get exceptions, special cases or time slot changes. We will also not entertain groups trying to change the people in their shoot. The structure of the shoots and timetable is also the result of negotiation and is not subject to further discussion. GSOUL has already been flexible to accommodate what we anticipated would be the most common requests, meeting the needs of Singapore athletes, including offering a more affordable structure that he does not normally offer in Korea. For Group Shoots, anyone can submit this Booking Form and make Pre-Payment. It doesn t have to be someone inside the group that is in the photoshoot.
