4 RATES & PACKAGES TWO DAY (FRIDAY + SATURDAY) $2000 BEFORE FEES Package includes two nights (Day one: 10 am - 12 am and Day two: 10 am - 12 am). House manager, event security guard, and any requested in-house coordination services are not included in this rate. Feel free to hire any vendor of your choice, but we suggest using our vendor list to make rental, decor, and catering choices. ONE DAY (SUNDAY + THURSDAY) $1500 BEFORE FEES This is a one day only package (without rehearsal or rehearsal dinner). House manager, event security guard, and any requested in-house coordination services are not included in this rate. Feel free to hire any vendor of your choice, but we suggest using our vendor list to make rental, decor, and catering choices. PRIVATE PARTIES $150 / HOUR This package accommodates small, private events, 50 guests or less. Groups may only occupy the space between 2 6 hours to secure this rate. If event is expected to extend beyond 6 hours, group will pay One Day rate. House manager, event security guard, and any requested in-house coordination services are not included in this rate. Feel free to hire any vendor of your choice, but we suggest using our vendor list to make rental, decor, and catering choices. ONE-TIME WORKSHOPS, CLASSES, OR PERFORMANCES 25% COMMISSION OF TOTAL GROSS EVENT TICKET SALES. Book the space for workshops, classes, concerts, and community events open to the public. To ensure this is a pulic, ticketed event, renter must advertise openly to the community and must tend ticket sales at the door. CONSECUTIVE MEMBERSHIP $1200 / MONTH This rate accommodates workshops, classes, rehearsals, series, or other events that will exist in the space on a regular rhythm (i.e. daily, weekly, bi-weekly, etc). The renter may secure the space up to 24 hours per month. These renters must communicate their monthly schedule no earlier than two months in advance. STUIDO RENTAL $55 PER HOUR This space is especially suited for photographers, videographers, and small business owners who wish to rent space for photoshoots or shared workspace. 4
5 FEES & PAYMENT RENTAL DEPOSIT Each event requires a non-refundable, 50% deposit of the total agreement balance. This protects your date on the Holloway House calendar. SECURITY DEPOSIT Each event requires a $250 deposit for property damage and incidentals. Security deposit is refundable within 14 days after event, provided the event spaces are left in the same manner in which they are rented. FLIPPING FEE In the event that the Great Room requires flipping mid-way through an event, Holloway House staff will do so for a fee of 5% of the overall total. COORDINATION + STYLING: 10% OF COORDINATED SERVICES In-house coordinators offer vision and thematic consultation; budget management; vendor relationships and management; vendor negotiation, booking, and rental; and scheduling services, such as venue site visits, delivery and pick-up. HOUSE MANAGER Each event necessitates a house manager. This requires a $150 fee. Any management beyond 6 hours will result in an additional $30 / per hour, which will be billed to the client within 14 days after the event. PAYMENT All deposits must be made upon signing agreements. Remaining balances should be paid 45 days before the scheduled event. Payments can be made via cash, check, or by most major credit cards. 5
6 GUIDELINES 1. Admission to a private event is by invitation only. 2. Holloway House is not responsible for any items brought onto the premises. 3. Nothing may be adhered to or affixed to walls, inside or out. 4. Per Oklahoma City Fire Department regulations, all hallways and exits shall be kept clear and usable at all times. 5. Drip-less candles are permitted in the Great Room when a house manager is present. 6. There shall be no use of pyrotechnics inside Holloway House. 7. There shall be no glitter, loose or adhered to any surface or body, inside Holloway House. 8. Holloway House has a no-tobacco-use policy. This includes all types of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes. 9. In the event of inclement weather, ie tornadoes, dangerous roadways due to ice, blizzard, flooding, or hail, etc., Holloway House will postpone scheduled events to ensure the safety of vendors, hosts, and event goers. The event will be rescheduled at each party s earliest convenience. 10. Persons attending or hosting events who appear to be intoxicated, disruptive, or demonstrating disruptive behavior will be removed from Holloway House. Management reserves the right to remove any person exhibiting these behaviors. 11. Unless renter uses Holloway House coordination services, management will not assume responsibility for the set-up and tear-down of outsourced rentals, ie tables, chairs, lighting, dance floor, etc. All rentals must be promptly removed within 2 days following an event. 12. Holloway House does not own a parking lot, but the city provides convenient metered parking and ground-lots in the immediate vicinity. 13. Holloway House will not store any goods, rentals, or client personals. 14. All Activities will be in compliance of laws, regulations, and ordinances of the state of Oklahoma. 15. Non-Rented facilities within the building are off-limits for the safety of all clients and guests. Any violators will be removed from Holloway House. 16. Furniture belonging to Holloway House may only be moved by a house manager or other Holloway House employees. 17. Alcohol must be outsourced to a liquor licensed bartender. A copy of his or her liquor license must be submitted to Holloway House at least 14 days before an event. There are no exceptions. 18. If a client decides to cancel an event, Holloway House must be notified within 90 days before event date for a 50% refund. Any later notification will not be refunded. 6
