2 2009 Event Opportunities For the past five years, CE solutions has successfully reached out to thousands of Dental Hygienists across the country with its RDH Rhapsody educational series. This year, in various locations across Canada, this information-packed two-day seminar will continue to provide Dental Hygienists with custom selected, scientific evidencebased, conference presentations and workshops. The Rhapsody s networking opportunities will also continue to appeal to both traditionally employed, and Independently Practicing Dental Hygienists who wish to further their knowledge, improve patient care, and expand their practices. As a sponsor or exhibitor, you will gain exposure to a dynamic group of wet finger practicing Dental Hygienists who are interested in networking, seeking information about new and existing products, and providing your company with invaluable feedback. Appropriate breaks are scheduled throughout the day to permit this exchange of information. The Trivia Game drives each attendee to your booth to obtain the answers to a question that you provide to be eligible for the Door Prizes. Multiple product spotlight opportunities throughout the weekend are also available, at an additional fee, to address the full audience directly. 2

A 15% discount applies for companies preregistering for all 3 Rhapsody events this year*. *Deadline for exhibit space reservations is Dec 1st To be eligible for discounts, payment must be made in full with your application. Provisions for Booth Space includes: 8 ft dressed table, 2 chairs (power is available by request) Complimentary breakfast for 2 reps Lunch in a private exhibitor lounge for 2 reps. Exhibitors will be allowed to bring their meals back to their booths if they desire. Note: additional reps will be required to pay $50 extra for food per day. 2 complimentary drink tickets and hors d oeuvres during the opening evening reception for attendees within the exhibitor area. Booth personnel will be provided with name badge and continuing education credits, if requested, with course outlines and agenda. Your company Trivia Quiz question is distributed to all attendees, which encourages attendees to visit your booth and seek your advice for answers. Complimentary listing in the official RDH Rhapsody conference program book Complimentary listing on the CE Solutions RDH Rhapsody web site Product Spotlight Advertising Opportunities: For an extra $500 + GST, companies can take advantage of addressing the whole audience during a 10 minute advertising product spotlight, which is limited to 2 companies per day. Creative presentations are welcomed while addressing the entire group, such as PowerPoint presentations, product launches, handouts, quizzes, etc... Door Prize: All companies are required to provide door prizes valued at $75 minimum each, such as a gift certificate, company product, etc., which is awarded the final day of the event. Your company representative is introduced and personally presents this gift to a Trivia Game winner, in front of the entire audience. 3
