31 Terms and Conditions This application does not guarantee event space approval and the CO3 management reserves the right to reject any application at any time. Organizations must vacate the event space at the designated end time. CO3 reserves the right to reject the application at any time. After filling up the application form, full payment must be made at least 1 week before the event. Certain equipment may be made available to organizations using the event space upon request. It is the responsibility of the organization to request the equipment when scheduling. No auxiliary lighting or additional special equipment may be used without prior approval of the CO3 management. Organizations are responsible for clean-up and the disposal of all food and the deposit of all refuse in trash receptacles. If the room is not clear of all food and refuse after an event, penalties will be imposed. Organizations are responsible for leaving the event space in good condition, and is financially responsible for any loss or and all damage caused to the event space, the premises, and other personal property, whether said damage is negligently or wilfully caused as a result of your use of the event space.
32 Rules and Regulations No paper is allowed to be pasted on the wall or glass. Participants are not allowed to stay in the Member s Zone after the end of the event. Participants are only allowed into the Member s Zone 15 minutes before the start of the event.
