Please take some time to read this in order to help you have an enjoyable experience on the day. At the artist s request, please refrain from using your phone to film or photograph the Concert We strongly discourage use of camera phones during the show Enjoy it first-hand! Gate Timings It promises to be a wonderful evening of live music, with the gates opening at 4pm. What to Bring Your wristband (which is your ticket) Valid ID Wear comfortable shoes (remember, this is an outdoor event) Medical info if you have any medical conditions Cash/card Ticketing Remember your Wristbands! The wristband acts as your ticket and will be scanned upon entry to the show. If you have not received your wristband, please visit the Box Office on the day with confirmation of your booking and a valid form of identification. Tickets are still available for the event, so if there s a friend or family member missing out head over to to purchase tickets or there will be tickets available to purchase from the concert box office on the day which will be open at approximately 2.00pm.

2 Ticket Upgrades A limited number of ticket upgrades are also available at the Box Office if you want to upgrade your ticket on the day. VIP Upgrades Moreover, VIP upgrades are available for the show to be partnered with Golden Circle tickets. For more information, please click here Arriving By Car The Ground can be accessed by following the following postcode details - The County Ground, Abington Avenue, Northampton, NN1 4PR VIP PARKING Abington Park, Park Avenue South (NN3 3HN) which is approximately five minute walk from the County Ground - access is subject to the correct permit ACCESSIBLE PARKING Abington Park, Park Avenue South (NN3 3HN) which is approximately five minute walk from the County Ground access is upon production of your blue badge GENERAL PARKING There will be ample parking on the Racecourse (NN1 4LG) which is approximately a 15 minute walk from the County Ground there is a charge of 5.00 per car payable upon arrival. Fast Track Entry Fast track entry will be in place for a limited number of fans wishing to get to beat any queues and get priority entrance into the event arena. Fast Track Entry can be purchased for just 5 by following this link: Please ensure that tickets are retained and brought with you on the day as well as your concert wristband which acts as your ticket. Please note that people using fast track entry will be required to go through all appropriate security checks. Your Name In Lights LHG Live are delighted to offer fans the opportunity to have your name up in lights for the concert. Birthday wishes, congratulations messages or just to say hi to a friend fans can have their message displayed on the giant screens either side of the main stage. Screen messages will run from gates opening, between acts appearing on stage, up until the last support act is on

3 stage. Messages accompanying a photo can be booked for 35, whilst plain text messages will be available for fans to purchase for 25. Please note there is a limit of 20 big screen messages available per show and will be sold on a first come first served basis. Big screen messages must be received no later than 10am on the last working day before the concert. Admissions Policy No professional cameras, video cameras or audio recording devices No glass is permitted on site Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times Access to the Accessible Viewing Area is only available with an Accessible ticket, a limited amount are still available from the Box Office on a first come first served basis. Umbrellas are not permitted we advise to instead bring a coat with a hood or purchase ponchos from the box office. Dogs are not permitted except assistance dogs - please make us aware in advance if an assistance dog is required All ticket holders may be asked to produce proof of age on entry to the concert and at the bar. Security staff at the entrance will enforce the conditions of entry including undertaking bag and random personal searches Persons who have consumed excessive alcohol will be refused entry Fireworks, sparklers, lasers, and Chinese lanterns are prohibited British sign language interpreter will not be available for this performance No personal chairs or blankets are permitted. There will be no pass-outs permitted once you are inside the concert arena. In the case of emergencies please contact the stewarding gate supervisor for further help and assistance. Recycling We encourage you to think of your plastic usage and would ask you to reconsider at this concert and at home what plastic use could be reduced. At this concert please ensure you recycle everything into the recycling bins that are sited across the venue Care and Safety at Events Decide on a meeting point with your friends. Choose a time and place to meet up later in case you get separated from each other. There is very limited signal across all networks at the venue, so you might not be able to contact each other by phone Keep your phone charged in case you re separated from your friends Stay hydrated Keep your wits about you. Drink responsibly and know your limit

4 There are no ATMs on site so make sure to bring enough money for concessions and travel from the event Concert stewards are here to help you. Don t be worried about asking for help in any situation, whether it s asking for directions or to report something or someone you re worried about Look after your valuables like your phone, purse or car keys. Food and Drink There will be ample concessions for food and drink within the concert site. No food or drink can be brought onto the concert area unless dietary restrictions are in place (a dietary card is required). Any alcohol purchased at any of the bars within the venue must be consumed on-site and not taken out of the designated event area. Help us to keep the venue tidy by using the rubbish bins that will be located throughout the venue. In keeping with Licensing Laws, there will be a Challenge 25 Policy in place for all alcohol sales. First Aid Medical staff will be in attendance during the event. Should you or anyone in your party require first aid, please notify the nearest steward or first aider What to do in an Emergency There are stewards and event staff on duty at the concert. Locate a member of staff for any emergencies, who will be able to assist or locate the correct assistance. If you need to contact the Police to report a non-emergency crime or to provide information on a crime while at the concert, please call 101. If a serious or life-threatening crime is being committed, please contact a member of staff or police officer immediately. If in the unlikely event you cannot find someone, please call 999. Drug Use There is a zero-tolerance response to illegal drugs and New Psychoactive Substances (NPS).
