6 Opportunities for the IUCC Start With You Greetings and welcome to this afternoon s Spring Concert performance! We are so pleased to have you share in the 32nd season of the Indiana University Children s Choir, Bloomington s Premier Community Children s Choir. The IUCC continues to reach new audiences and teach young people to value and experience excellent singing through musical activities that develop skills, sharing, self-expression, and personal growth. As you know, the IUCC program combines a solid music education with opportunities to perform in and for the community. The choir s social setting allows young people to explore creative ideas, to give voice to a wider range of emotions, and to discover how to work effectively within a group. Our hope is that every child will have the opportunity to experience the joy of making music collectively through the ensembles that make up our program. Our program consists of many exceptional singers that represent all facets of our community. Each of these individuals makes a strong contribution to our program, and we continue to seek ways to support those singers who look to us to provide exceptional programs at a minimal expense. We hope you will consider a gift to the IUCC this year. In today s program, you will find a personalized donation voucher and return envelope. You can also make your gift online; to do so please visit or the IUCC web site ( All gifts received and processed by December 31st will receive 2013 tax credit. Your continued support of IUCC, both through your presence and your contributions, is greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a wonderful year! Brent Gault IUCC Program Director
