2 Conditions and procedures for the orchestras and the choirs to participate in the Eurochestries festivals Stage 1 - to acquaint and to accept the specifications of the festival in which the orchestra or the choir wishes to participate. Stage 2 - to make a request of participation with the Federation of the Eurochestries festivals by using the means of the form "Application for the participation to a festival 2018" Stage 3 - After favourable opinion of the president of the Federation of the Eurochestries festivals and the organizer of the festival, sign the contract of participation signed jointly by these, by paying the subscription to the Federation of the Eurochestries festivals. No orchestra or choir will be authorized to participate in a festival without having followed this procedure: preliminary request with the Federation of the Eurochestries festivals, the signature of the contract of partnership by the three parts, payment of the subscription at the time of the signature of the contract. The registration of the orchestra/choir will be effective only after the payment of this subscription. The Eurochestries Charter

3 This festival is partner of the Eurochestries, and organised respecting the Charter of Eurochestries. The festival Gramado in Concert welcome a string orchestra with 37 people maximum (35 students and 2 teachers) The Festival in Gramado will take place from the 15 th till the 25 th of February Arrival of the Orchestra: Thursday, February 15 th - Departure : Sunday, February 25 th Transport charges for trips back and forth in the country of origin to the town of Gramado (Brazil) are paid by every orchestra. The festival will pay for transport from Gramado airport and the accommodation place, and in the city. They will be taken care of by the festival from the 15 th of February until 25 th of February after breakfast. The instrumentalists will be accommodated in the hotel for students, and the conductor and the teacher in the hotel for teachers. The orchestra must necessarily come with a person in charge of the supervision of the musicians. Every orchestra is responsible for the discipline and for the supervision of their musicians Under aged musicians are also under the responsibility of the orchestra. The organizers are expecting a string orchestra with 35 musicians maximum + a conductor + a teacher. The orchestra will give two concerts during the festival. The musicians will take part in the orchestras of the festival. The musicians can take part in the masterclasses given by the teachers of the festival. Gramado in Concert 3

4 Every orchestra has to come with all the necessary material and equipment: instruments, music stands and music sheet. No material can be lent by the Festival staff. - Participants agree to respect the rules of community life, as well as the schedule of the activities of Festival. The orchestras wishing to participate in the Eurochestries festivals have to release a membership subscription to the Federation of the Eurochestries Festivals. In 2018, the subscription fee for the festival in Gramado is 50 per orchestra + 30 per participant (musicians and accompanying adults). This subscription must be paid with the registration. The registration will be effective in the payment of this subscription. This subscription is not refundable in case of withdrawal. - The participation of the conductor and orchestra is based on the principle of voluntary work. - The orchestra gives the authorization for their musicians to be photographed, filmed, or recorded and spread on any media, without aspiring to any remuneration. The orchestra will supply: - Some nice photos (high quality) of the orchestra and conductor (important: for the medias) - A presentation text of the orchestra and the conductor. - Musical program played during the festival - The list of names of the musicians and supervision, indicating the instrument played the distribution girls and boys, names and first names, dates of birth of every musician, and special meal or allergy vidéo : - fede.eurochestries@orange.fr However, such translations are made for information purposes only, and only the French version is binding. In the event of any contradiction with versions in another language, only the French version will have legal validity.
