2 Introduction: Sengled Element PAR38 LED bulbs offer a simple way to combine an LED floodlight and motion sensor. Motion events can trigger the Element PAR38 bulb under dark condition. This bulb enables customers to control multiple functions of their lights On/Off, dimming, schedules, etc. through the Sengled Home app or 3rd party voice control programs like Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. Note: A hub is required to control these bulbs. Important Safety Information: Before installing the Sengled LED bulb, read and follow all precautions, including: Turn OFF the light switch controlling the light socket, before attempting to replace the light bulb. WARNING: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. Do not attempt to disassemble bulb. Not suitable for use with standard wall dimmers. Suitable for use in operating environment between -4 F and 104 F (-20 C and 40 C). NOT FOR USE IN EMERGENCY LIGHTING.

3 Installation Instructions: 1 Download the latest version of the Sengled Home App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. 2 Register a Sengled account using Sengled Home App. 3 With power off, twist your Sengled Element PAR38 bulb into the socket. 4 Turn on power. 5 Open the Sengled Home App, go to Devices and use + to add a new device. Select Element Bulbs, then follow the in-app instructions to finish installation. 6 Ensure your Sengled Home app can discover the bulb. A B C D Turning the bulb on and off The Element PAR38 bulb can be controlled through the Sengled Home app. It will also be triggered on by motion events under dark conditions, and turn off automatically after a preset time after the last motion event has been detected. Dimming The Element PAR38 bulb can only be dimmed through the Sengled Home app via a slide bar. Scheduling The bulb can be scheduled with the Sengled Home App. Check motion event log Each bulb s motion event log is available via the Sengled Home app.

6 Frequently Asked Questions: 1. Can bulbs be used in sockets with dimmers? No, bulbs are designed to be used in on/off sockets only. 2. Why will Element PAR38 bulbs not be triggered by motion events during the day? The motion sensor will only trigger the LED light in dark conditions. 3. Are Sengled Element PAR38 bulbs compatible with Sengled Element Hub or other smart lighting hubs? Yes, a hub is required to control Element PAR38 bulbs.
